Both Leonardo and Riley were excellent with good English and made us feel very welcome and were helpful with information. The Breakfast was really good with a lot of choices and plenty of food. There was also delicious coffee available all the time. There was fresh fruit available and sweets at reception, which all added to the comfort of the venue. Staff and general running was extremely organized. 5 min from Lucca old town entrance, close to shops and supermarket.

Wifi signal in yellow room a little weak but there is a sitting area where the wifi is great. Honestly nothing to complain about.

Smooth check-in due to previous communication and very friendly reception. For those who don't speak Italian, like me: Leonardo speaks fluenty English (which is unusual in Italy)! Spacious room with extra touches (sweets and decorations) and even spacious bathroom. Modest breakfast but rich in choice. I hope to come back here!

A private external bathroom seems like a great luxury (2 rooms for the price of 1) - but it is still a bit annoying if you have to leave your room for every drop of water... And unfortunately: only the typical Italian thin electrical sockets...

I recently stayed at this wonderful B&B in Lucca, located in a safe residential area right by the city wall and at 15 min walk to the city center. The bedroom was cozy, spacious, and impeccably clean. The host Leonardo was nice and helpful, even allowing us to take breakfast for our train ride to the airport before the breakfast buffet opened at 8AM. Even though we ate breakfast on the run to the train, it was very delicious and we were sad we couldn't try the rest of the buffet. Highly recommend for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Lucca!

Spacious, clean, comfortable and I enjoyed access to the balcony. The location was great for both access to the train station and sightseeing. Friendly and helpful staff (thanks Rylie). Included breakfast also good. And I appreciated being able to leave my luggage after check out.

I'm not the easiest customer when things are not good. So when they are you should say so. Due to fights and trains I'd arranged an early check in. All went well after a day travelling in the heat the early shower was most welcome. (Doesn't always go so smoothly) And the best part of half a day to enjoy Lucca. Breakfast was great. Variety and quantity. Staff and owner excellent, a great help. This should be a 10. This isn't £200/ night Highly recommended. MJD

Were there a sun terrace I'd have stayed for a month!

Three minutes walk from the city walls, free parking in the street, delicious (italian) breakfast, room cleanup every day, nice staff

I missed a small shelf beside the wash basin for your toothbrush or razor (maybe only in our bathroom because there are different layouts depending on room type)

Very good location, very good breakfast, amazing host. The whole stay was quite perfect. Its about a 10 min walk from the train station and about 5 minutes to the nearest gate into the walled city. Very safe. Unlimited coffee was a great addition.

Basic but nice size room. Newish bathroom. Access to kitchen for making a lunch and tea. Good selection continental breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Close to old city and grocery store.

A bit of street (vehicle) noise occasionally but not an issue. Neighborhood otherwise quiet.

The room was extremely comfortable with seating area and a small balcony. Bathroom, although outside the room, was not a problem as each room has its own bathroom and there are only four rooms on that level so you don't meet others on your way there. Best feature is probably the breakfast room where you have all day access to use of the fully equipped little kitchen. Location easily walkable from station and very close to access into the old city and wall.

The 5 pm check-in time is quite inconvenient if travelling by train when you can't always control your arrival time. For us it caused extreme difficulty - be very careful of your belongings near the station!

Excellent location just outside the walls, and It was quiet and peacefull at night. My son and I stayed 5 nights here. Good choice of continental breakfast. Rooms were very clean. Filippe very friendly and helpful .
