The location was so good! Very close to the walled city of Lucca. Also the staff was very nice and there were a lot of parking available.

Breakfast was very basic, coffee wasn't very good - we had to grab coffee at the cafe outside (actually not bad). The place had a very strong "motel" vibe... And the checking in hours were soooooo uncomfortable!!! We had to stop in the middle of our Lucca sightseeing just to get back to check in - exactly when the stores are opening.

Hosts super responsive and helpful with any need and problem, great breakfast, confortable rooms and showers, all you need for a short trip to Lucca. Parking available which is very hard to find in Italy. The property is outside the historical center, however very well located, great pizza close to the hotel! Staff helped us a lot finding a rental car place so we could continue our trip :)

Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was perfect, and the hosts were very kind and helpful. The area is pleasant, and it's very close to the city center. So thank you so muxh for everything!

The only negative thing we can mention is that there is no fridge in the rooms. A mini fridge would be great. But apart from that, everything was perfect.

We arrived at the property after check-in time, but the owners were kind enough to provide us with instructions to find our room. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful. We also had the pleasure of meeting both Gabriele and Daniele. We will definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in Lucca.

We liked everything!!!

It is within easy walking distance of the old town and a few restaurants. Free parking in this location was a bonus. The staff were fantastic, particularly during check-in and at breakfast. The room was quite spacious.

It's not glamorous, but it is honest, comfortable accommodation.

The room was big and clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a room on the ground floor and there was a cute little seating area outside, shared with one other room. Only about 10 minutes’ walk to the city walls. The owner was extremely helpful, marking up a map with recommended attractions and restaurants. He also insisted on giving us a lift to the station on our departure. I really felt like nothing would be too much trouble for him.

The decor is a little old fashioned but the furnishings are in good condition.

The room was quite large.- plenty of room to spread out. The bathroom was very large -- plenty of room to place your toiletries out. The location was perfect -- just outside of the city wall -- easy to walk to the center. The hosts two brothers were both very helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast too!

Spacious room. Initially cold, though we turned on the heating which quickly warmed up the rooms. The host is very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast.

The shower doors were not closing well and were old/dirty. The heater in the bathroom was also dirty. Breakfast room was a little cold.

The location was good. Just about 15 minutes the ancient walls of Lucca and walking distance of the train station. The breakfast was good and the owners were friendly. Our room was comfortable and well placed. There was access to a lounge with soft drinks, tea, coffee and TV. There was also a mini bar. Our room was cleaned every day and always felt fresh and pleasant,

Our sliding bathroom door was stiff to close but we managed for our short stay.

The owners were very friendly, and extremely helpful. The property is outside the town walls, but only a five to ten minute walk away (dependant on age and fitness!). A most relaxing ambience.
