Breakfast was delicious. A buffet style with a selection of cereals. homemade cakes, hams, cheese & pastries. A lovely selection of fruit juices & a choice of teas & fresh coffee. Location was a 5 minutes walk from the main town & 20 minutes from the railway station. An ideal base for seeing all the attractions in Lucca & beyond. The room & ensuite was very spacious with plenty of storage space. The bed was large & very comfortable. Our bedding & towels were changed every couple of days. Spotlessly clean & tidy.

The owner was very welcoming friendly and helpful. The B&B was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend it. The location for us was great within easy reach of everything. The breakfast was exceptional and plentiful and lots of choice. Exceptional value for money. Room was spacious and nicely decorated and kept well very clean which included bathroom facilities. Loved our stay - thanks Lorenzo😀

Can’t really say there was anything we didn’t like - the only thing which was a slight negative was the beds seemed to be short however we did have a comfortable sleep.

Guest house with nice old town spirit and modern, freshly renovated facilities. Huge, very clean room with comfortable bed and very good breakfast. We have stayed in room with internal garden view and it was very silent and relaxing for us. Special thanks goes to owners of guest house, due to some transport problems we were late to arrive to Lucca and was not able to checkin on regular hours. With simple phone call this issue was managed perfectly. We also got nice recomendations for dinner and Luca siteseeing. So next time in Lucca - we know where to stay!

Modern, bright, great location. The bathroom and bedroom were well appointed and very nicely done. The staff were lovely and helpful and they had a great breakfast on offer.

The air conditioning didn’t work properly and despite having it on all night we woke up sweating and had to use a cold flannel to go back to sleep. We specifically booked accommodation with AC and it just didn’t cut it unfortunately. On entry to the room I found a couple of small bits of rubbish on the floor next to the bedside table which made me question how thorough the cleaning was. We still really enjoyed the stay but both of these elements could do with improvement.

We loved the guest office. The rooms were spotless and tastefully designed. The bed was really comfortable. The bedlinen and towels were very good quality. A lovely mix of modern and antique furniture. Bathroom very modern and stylish. Great walk in shower. Lovey breakfast with good selection and good coffee. Luigi kindly helped with our bags and Lorenzo with a taxi. They were really lovely, kind hosts. Highly recommended.

Great location being near the station, walls of Lucca and historical sites . Best B&B we have stayed in : quiet, very comfortable bed, beautiful furniture. Lorenzo is a charming host who provides a lovely breakfast with home baked cakes.

The B &B was on the second floor which could be an issue for people with mobility issues. Lorenzo or his father Luigi helped with luggage , so this was not a problem.

The location was superb-about a 10 minute walk to everything. The room was very clean, it was the most spacious of accommodations we have had in Italy. Pictures do not do the space justice. The decor, linens, pillows and bed were five star and incredibly comfortable, fresh and new. The owner was very helpful and made the best cappuccino. The breakfast was delicious. Don’t let street view fool you, from the outside it is very basic and unassuming. The inside exceeded every expectation.

Waiting for 40 minutes to be able to get the room. (I called and they said they’d be there in 10 minutes… turns out it ended up being 40 mins with no apologies!). The morning of the check in i got a text to let them know what time we’d check in. I responded … we’ll be there before 7pm (time stated online as the end of check in) being on vacation I’m not on schedule to exactly know when i’ll check in! Aside from that all was very great.

The family that runs this guest house was very nice. They were very prompt in meeting us. We had a problem with working the television and they came over to help us even though it was later in the evening. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great! So after talking to my husband, I decided it really is a 10 because they helped my husband out. He wanted to watch TV and they got it fixed if it was 9 o’clock at night.

Exceptional guest house in Lucca. Extremely well furnished with everything you could need and some free waters for the fridge. Very central and close to everything. The owner and his father were so friendly. Great breakfast. I wish Lorenzo well with his guest house. I would definitely stay here again.
