Friendly helpful staff, a comfortable clean room, a good breakfast. Quiet, too. The terrace was lovely to use in the evening, and I also valued the aircon and the elevator. Good places to eat nearby patronised by locals.

I liked the location but it won’t suit everyone. Just outside the walls away from the tourist area. A 20 minute walk to the train station or a short bus ride there.

Friendly staff, charming antique decor, comfortable hotel rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Good location. Not too far from the city, and right next door to a Lidl. Great value for money.

Our room had a dodgy electrical socket where the TV was plugged into. Made a static noise from time to time. We managed to stop it by nudging it, but it didn't feel too safe to mess with it.

Cosy hotel, located 5 minutes walk outside of the medieval walls of the old town. Free parking, nice outdoor terrace to enjoy a beer or two. Friendly owners. Nice breakfast. We had room 19, which had a small couch, small desk, and two chairs. It turned out to be the most practical room of the five hotels we stayed at in our Tuscan vacation.

The entrance from the parking lot has a welcoming atmosphere. The owners are helpful and understanding. They let us to leave the car and we didn’t need to pay for a parking spot after we checked out. I’m sure it depends on the possibility but it was such a nice gesture. Breakfast has options better than many area and not so limited.

Excellent location a few minutes walk to the city walls. Very friendly family run traditional hotel. Lovey terrace where you can eat your own food. Good value bar. Clean and comfortable.

Marino and Giovanni were most welcoming, friendly and always on hand to help. Very convenient for exploring Luca and a 15 minute walk to the station for trains to Pisa and Florence. The hotel has a very nice terrace at the back to enjoy the sun. Good value breakfast. Great to be able to park at the back of the hotel in it’s own car park

Great location, few minutes from the walled city. A familiar atmosphere, the amability of the staff, the possibility of parking the car with no extra cost and an excellent price are the key points that make of this hotel a magnificent choice for visiting Lucca.

It is an old structure and could be improve to white color to improve the sensación that you are in a new and clear place.

Location of the hotel is close to the old city center, free parking is in the yard. The hotel has a retro style, but the room and the bed was comfortable and clean. The hosts are so kind and nice, and the breakfast was delicious.
