The staff did everything they could to make us comfortable even though we arrived late, hot, and tired. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fantastic - including gluten free options. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The decor was interesting and unique.

Because we arrived late, it seems they had given up on us and gave away our triple room reservation which left us with a double room with one bed. The bed was promptly separated into two singles and remade. Since there were only two of us it worked out ok. The room was big enough to accommodate our needs and we rested well.

The staff was very helpful and kind. We checked out too early in the morning to catch breakfast at the hotel, but the staff was so nice the night before to pack us a bag with juice, wrapped bread and spreads to bring with us to the airport. The common areas of the hotel is packed full of artworks, but the rooms are more toned-down and minimalistic in decor.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and restaurants & shops. The room was clean and although it was small, it had everything we needed for just one night stay. Breakfast in the morning was served downstairs in a cute little breakfast room, and consisted of pastries, meats, cheese, bread, fresh fruit, tea and coffee, plus fresh juice. The staff were really friendly although they didnt speak much English. We were able to store our luggage their after we checked out which we appreciated.

The breakfast was is good, with cakes, croissants, sweets, bread, yogurt, fruit, etc., and we can even have fresh made orange juice and coffee, cappuccino, etc. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Everything is clean. They have installed new windows that sound proof, which makes the room quiet

Is the family history, with a Charmin hotel, the building and deco of the place makes you feel in a time tunnel, I will definitely be back. Walking distance from everything Thanks Rita and Alessandro for hosting us. In tell we meet aigan.

location is great/close to the railway station and bus station.

Perfect location, with a great family-own feeling. The hotel has a special carachter that makes you feel home. Clean, and comfortable, is perfect for the purpose of business traveling. Great human touch.

The room was nice and clean. The location was very nice.

There was no lift facility for accessibility.
