We were very comfortable and had a large bedroom and large private bathroom with plenty of storage for clothes. There was a good selection of cereals, pastries, yogurts as well as orange juice, milk and bottles of water, tea and coffee to which we had access at all times. Patrizia was very welcoming and came in to clear up in the kitchen and check supplies. The location is very central, close to shops, bars and restaurants but not noisy. There are two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom and there were only 2 nights when someone else was staying so we were very lucky to have the place almost to ourselves. It is close to our friends who live in Vicopisano and very good value for money so we will be staying again the next time we visit them.

We stayed in the small town Vicopisano to visit friends and had an excellent stay at the B&B. The room was big for the whole family, very spacious and clean bathroom, central location close to bus stop, so even without car easy to reach from Pontedera (next train stop). Good bus connections to Pisa and surroudings, tickets can be purchased in the Tabac store nearby. Very warm welcome by the host. Plenty of information material provided inside living room.

Absolutely amazing place! It is an old nice house in the centre of the village, with an apartment on the 2nd floor, antique furnitures and a great sphere. The lady host Patrizia is very welcoming and helpful, so kind and friendly! To be mentioned additionally: - it is very clean; - very quiet place; - the bed is excellent; - special requests for the breakfast (vegetarian) are fine; - a parking (free) with video surveillance is on a walking distance. I would call this B&B a hidden gem in this village, what a wonderful place! The village has so many beautiful views! It is a shame that I did not have so much time, I will definitely need to come back. Thank you so much!

The parking in the near zone is perfect. The place has a special atmosphere in an original Toscana village. The owner is very kind and helpful.

We were unlike with the weather, to much hot, and the air conditioner is not quite good, too noise. We miss some fresh meal in the breakfast, like fruits or bread.

We loved our beautiful bathroom and really comfy bed. The location was really good, 30 min by car to Pisa and Lucca, 1.15 min to Florence. Nice restaurants (#30metriquatri!!!) and 900 years old historical village close to the house. The hostess Peatrize was very friendly and caring and lovely. We really enjoyed our stay in Vicopisano.

The place is located right in the center of a superlovely medieval village that has a castle and several restaurants. The apartment is decorated with very good taste and is extremely clean. Daily cleaning was a luxury. Special thanks for a sparkling water automate!

It may be noisy in the night as the apartment is right in the center.

There was a wonderful and truly uplifting atmosphere. Everything is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and cozy. It exceeded my expectations.

Very friendly and helpfull host. Room and bathroom clean and in good circumstances. We even got a cleaning in between our stay (4 Nights). Large amount of typical Italien breakfirst items to be chosen like several Sweet Croissant.
