A very nice, clean and cosy family owned hotel. It helps a lot that they have a in-house restaurant opened until late in the evening. The owner is very nice and helpful, a perfect place to stay while traveling throughout Tuscany.

The breakfast included an omelette Easy checkin and checkout, Location right on the Via Francigena walking route. Staff spoke English. Quirky restaurant across the road. wifi good.

Couldn't control room temperature, it was too warm in the room. Shower a bit small. The onsite restaurant was closed on Tuesdays.

This hotel is right on the Via Francigena and was an absolute wonderful place to stay. We loved the restaurant that is attached to the hotel and the upstairs deck was the perfect place to relax. The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.

Late night check in with the receptionist is great for touring Italy till late night. Included breakfast with limitation of variety is satisfying. Despite the close street there was no noise in the morning. Perfect Italian coffee for breakfast. Late check out helped us too.

Unfortunatelly there is no elevator, and quite a lot of stairs to get even on the first floor. Our room was on the second floor which was really difficult with luggage. However, we did it. Rooms are air-conditioned but corridors not. So we were K.O. on the second floor at about 1 A.M.

This accommodation: location and quality provided me with what I just needed as solo traveler on Francigena with jet-leg. Also quality and price of restaurant was great. Staff was exceptional.

The room was large with a nice balcony. It was clean and a great location for us to break up a long stage on the Via Francigena. The restaurant and its staff were excellent. Great service... great food!

The bed was not comfortable for me. Very hard. But if you like a very firm mattress, you will be happy 😊

The property was on a perfect location. We came by car, so everything was relatively close to it, Siena, Cinque Terre, Lucca, Florence… Free and spacious parking lot was a big plus. The accommodation is also spacious, quiet and clean. We had everything we needed. Stuff is polite and friendly. They have a restaurant at the property and the food is absolutely delicious, from pasta, pizza, etc.

We were looked after very well in hotel Owner and son really helpfull The young man who gave us our breakfast was so pleasant and helpfull and made a lovely scramble egg in a few minutes

It was a pity there restaurant was closed on the night we were there (Tuesday) We went across the road to the local restaurant but eventhough the food was OK the waitress was very rude and need to learn a bit of manuares

seems newly renovated and clean. Easy to access with free private parking next to building. great pizza with live fire oven and tuna in restaurant below for dinner. Staff is friendly and supportive

a bit noisy if you sleep window open in case you face the street, but once closed it’s quiet enough. Breakfast could be better choices.

We walked the Via Francigina and it was directly on the route. The staff were delightful and they even surprised us with a premade sandwich for the road! Beds were perfect!
