Central location, comfy bed, and very powerful air conditioning, which was a life saver during hot summer nights. One of the ladies (the tall blonde one) who owns the place is absolutely lovely and was very helpful when I needed to get some information about the church service and the local pharmacy. I accidentally snapped the room key card and she didn't charge me for it and let me stay in a room 1hr longer after the check-out until my train arrived.

It was quite noisy outside at night at times in the room facing the street, however it's not a B&B's fault.

Location was really good. Quiet area with easy access to shops, bars, restaurants and train/ bus station. A family run apartment, who were very friendly and helpful. Free tea/ coffee available whilst self catering facilities very adequate. Room was spacious and cleaned everyday, bathroom also very spacious. We stayed 5 nights here and it was very comfortable.

The host was super welcoming and helpful. He personally served breakfast and prepared coffee for the guests. Tea, coffee, water bottles, fresh fruit and snacks were freely available guests in the common kitchen space. The bedroom was spacious and had every comfort.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Andrea went above and beyond our expectations and made our stay very pleasant. every attentive and it is obvious that he pays attention to the details. our apartment was equipped with toiletries, extra towels and free fruits/drinks/coffees/sweets. one of the best places to stay if one’s visiting Florence.

Very big and comfortable room with everything you need. Andrea is an exquisite person and accomodated our requests, the room was already free so he let us check in earlier and the next morning was there offering us coffee

It lives up to the name expectations. Absolutely homy, friendly and extremely clean.

The only thing missing was an iron, otherwise perfect

The aircon and the soundproofing works great. The owner is polite and customer oriented. Free fruits, cold water and quality coffee. There is a nice shopping street nearby.

The breakfast is the same each morning and lacks vegetables. The ventillation in the bathroom is loud and there is no toilet brush.

One of best BnB ever! Lovely house in Empoli, large room, all decorated, nice living room and awesome balcony/ leisure space! We loved our stay , 30 mim from Florence in a more quiet and lovely town!

The particular street was edgy, but one block away is the lovely shopping area. No views which I like to have... A very kind & gracious host!

Mister Andrea is the definition of a superhost. Really helpful and friendly. The property was clean and comfortable. Location is simply a 10/10.
