Good, surprisingly nice, friendly staff, very good breakfast, not far from the railway station (to Firenze or Pisa) - and finally BIG THANKS for fast solving the problem with my car battery.

I only would prefer more light in the room. Perhaps just one main lamp would do.

We were very delayed on the day of our arrival and we were pleased that we could still check in. Thank you. We have enjoyed our stay and everything was great. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking outside. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was fantastic.

Crew in the hotel is amazing, very cooperative and receptive! Hotel is close to train station, good restaurants, laundry, supermarket and drugstore.

The location was fantastic. A 10 minute walk to the train station. The breakfast was ok. I've had better at some of the other hotels I stayed in during my trip to Italy.

Service at the bar. Hard to find staff during the day. I guess they don't have much staff during off season.

A very nice hotel with great hospitality and an amazing breakfast (don’t forget to ask for scrambled eggs). The pool is very nice (it could be a bit more crowded in the weekends, but the hotel always reserves beds for their guests!). The people who work there are really helpfull and kind in every possible way. The location is very good aswell (we drove to lucca, pisa and florence from here). It is nice to have a luxury hotel with a nice swimming pool & relaxed surroundings while still visiting the famous city’s nearby.

We were there during a little party on saturday in which it got a bit noisy, but the hotel immidiatly changed our room and did everything within their reach to get us a quiter room. Thanks!

The hotel personnel is very kind and helpful, room was very tidy and elegant, swimming pool is one of the best we’ve visited so far! During breakfast if you want something like scrambled eggs you should just ask the waiter- it was never a problem. If you here with your own car that’s a good spot to travel around- Florence, Piza, even the sea are in a good distance. We’ve enjoyed our stay a lot and highly recommended it to others!

Good location between Florence and Pisa. Trainstation on walking distance. Easy to visit both cities by train. Great breakfast. Swimming pool. Parking area in front of the building.

Room was smaller than expected. Very small shower cabin in the bathroom. No shower gel..
