Conveniently located right in the center of town, with a few parking spots in the back. Nice breakfast room with plenty of delicious choices. Great dinner served in the same room with the view.

Air conditioning doesn’t go low enough and the room was hot with very strong smell similar to anti-bug spray. Took days to get rid of the smell in the room. Pool has quite a few buttons not working properly. Bathrobes are required in the spa area, but not provided and are charged at €8 per person. Spa treatments are done in a very small and stuffy room, into which someone constantly peaks in, because there is no sign on the door to prevent it from being open

Rooms were reasonably sized and well decorated, could be described as boutique. Although of course this could mean a particular room style would not be to your taste, but in such circumstances the hotel is willing to offer alternatives of other floors if available. I personally liked the one allocated to me, room aircon was superb and quiet, comfortable bed, all room facilities needed including safe, fridge, etc. Clean and maintained properly every day. Spa facilities were superb with multiple pools with jacuzzi type functions, two saunas, steam room, showers a relaxation room with salt air, relaxing sounds and comfortable chairs., other relaxation areas with couches, sunbeds, rockers, complimentary drinks (water, herbal teas) and optionally bookable massages. Restaurant facilities were superb having a 5th floor panoramic location giving superb views of the city and surroundings. Food was exceptionally good with a different menu on a daily basis featuring the best of local produce. Breakfast provided as standard with plenty of options available most of which are included at no extra cost. Staff throughout the stay were helpful and attentive always happy to go the extra mile. For example to have the chef produce a birthday cake for my brothers 60th birthday specially in house for a minimal charge. Hotel is well situated with lots of local amenities and well within walking distance of the railway station.

The only real criticism I can offer is that the ensuite bathrooms were compact, but nonetheless we'll equipped, clean and functional.

Nice hotel, good position, very clean, breakfast very good.

Our room was very noisy, the sound proof needs urgent improvement. We could hear the water going through the pipes during night time and early morning, first morning I woke up at 6 am thinking there is a flood in our room. Also you could hear all the people in the other rooms around taking showers and you had the impression the action took place in your own room, also water running in their sink etc. To hear at 23.30 people taking showers each night, it is not convenient at all. Also one night we could hear a phone alarm in the next room ringing from minute to minute through the morning. Not pleasant at all.

The location and the hotel were amazing. The room was a little too small but very comfy. The spa was really nice and relaxing. The location was everything!!! The exterior of the hotel was absolutely beautiful.

The staff wasn't very nice. They blamed their lack of friendliness to not speaking English very well. Their breakfast had very little variety and their concierge was not helpful with booking tours at all. The staffs demeanor made me feel like they did not want to be bothered and they maybe didn't like their job.

Terrific hotel. We had a big stylish room with lovely high ceilings. We also had a large bathroom with a separate spa bath and walk-in shower. Breakfast is served up in the 5th floor restaurant. Great views. It was al a carte but with no limit on what you could order. The bread/pastries were particularly good. Lovely piano bar next to reception. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were very helpful.

You have to pay extra to use the spa pool - €25 plus €10 to hire a robe & slippers (you can keep the slippers).

You cannot use the spa without a bathrobe so you have to rent it for 5€. You can't bring a towel.

A lovely boutique hotel with an great restaurant. The upgrade to the half board is worth paying for as I had an ecellent four course meal each night during my stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

I though that the room I booked would have included free access to a pool (not necessarily access to the spa, just a pool) but I was told on arrival that the pool was only accessible if paid 25 euros per day for spa access which is bit expensive to enjoy a swim.

For Breakfast I was served exceptionally attentive and friendly, that not only the ambiance was perfect. The Stay in the SPA was really an enrichement for me and overall I fehlt very comfortable. Thank you to everyone who ensures that the Hotel in a well-maintained condition.

The environment was very noisy. An information sheet regarding the times for breakfast, checkout and SPA use would be nice. The WLAN Password was written down in capital letters , lowercass letters are correct.

Third time there—love it! Conveniently located easy walk to restaurants and sites of the area. One of two favorite places for Gelato so far in Italy! (La Bottega del gelato). Their included breakfast is unbelievable!

Everything is great!

Room is nice, big one and clean so plus for people who clean rooms. Big plus for waiters in restaurant Ivan and Jerome (from Philippines), really friendly and helpful so they increased rates for this hotel.

On reception not so good experience since they forgot to make reservation for garage and just told there is no space without offering solution. After arguing with them finally someone polite offered solution. Garage is extremely small and hard to park your car. Across the street is disco on a terrace so very loud music till 23 - 23.30h (sometimes longer).
