Set on top of a hill in Tuscany, driving up a narrow road, this is a beautiful home that has been renovated and while very rustic was also very clean and extremely well taken care of inside the rooms. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty, and made by the owners every morning with the tastiest cappuccino I had while in Italy. The pool area was great and pool water was clean and great temperature. The home had breathtaking views day and night.. Truly a hidden gem if you want to run away from the city. An hour drive to the beach and about the same to Florence. Highly recommend!

No complaints at all as everything was really great. Only comment is we wish the wifi connection was a bit better so we could plan our day trips but not a deal breaker as it allowed us to enjoy the area more.

We stayed at this B&B for five nights and were very happy with our stay. The rooms are cozy, the property is beautiful, and the pool is perfect for relaxing. Breakfast is a typical Italian one: you’ll get croissants, bread, some cheese, eggs, and prosciutto. In the evening, they also offer dinner, which is really good. The view at night is stunning – perfect for enjoying a glass of wine.

We stayed in the attic room. The Wi-Fi connection up there wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t a big issue since it worked well by the pool and in all other areas.

•To begin, the location was exceptional; the apartment was located on top of a hill overlooking the Italian city below. With a more isolated location, you could get a sense of a more countryside feeling especially with all the natural features around it •The entire location gave an authentic ltalian atmosphere particularly the style, nature, art and people there • Another thing that amazed us positively was the people; the owner (Pierluigi) and his family welcomed us immediately and offered to prepare both breakfast and dinner for all guests every day if wished. That was another factor that created the Italian authenticity because we were able to try new Italian dishes daily and experienced their traditional home-made products such as pastry, olive oil and wine. They were so humble, helpful and welcoming that we wished we stayed longer and are looking forward to returning. Not only that, they were willing to help us the entire day when needed and entirely were keen to put their customers before them •As part of the property itself, it was likewise breath-taking due to the unique Italian style and culture drawn into it. We were able to use the swimming pool all day and all the other facilities surrounding it •We highly recommend this apartment for anyone interested in enjoying the ltalian nature and views and we wish to return likewise.

Luigi and his wife are exceptional hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. The home cooked food is delicious and the choice for breakfast is superb. I am gluten intolerant and every effort was made to cater for me. We had the attic room which was spacious and spotlessly clean, although low ceilings would not suit taller guests. Beautiful location in the Tuscan hills, within easy walking distance of Buggiani Castello, Colle di Castello and Massa.

You ideally need a car if you want to visit Montecatini Terme as it is approx 1h15 on foot to the centre of the town.

Very nice staff. Pool with a nice view, nice modern relaxing sitting area around the pool. Very nice meat platter and breakfast. Their olive oil is local, and very good! 15min walk from the hotel there is a nice restaurant "antico colle" on a square with a church.

The attic room is worth the price, but you will bump your head (180cm+). The airconditioning did not work well to cool the room and turned off after an hour with an error. Pasta is too salty in my opinion.

Location and view. Nice pool with a deep part. Apartment was vast, with air-conditioning.

Kitchen poor equipped, too many bees around and in the pool, area around the buildings neglected, plants need watering Reception is in the kitchen. Very poor breakfast, every day you are served exactly the same, better prepare it by yourself.

The views at this property were amazing. It was a quiet location, you do need a car to get to it. We stayed in the separate apartment with the spiral staircase. The pool area was very nice. You can walk to the towns of Massa and Cozzile. The breakfast was great each day, the hosts looked after us really well. Plenty of space to park your car. The fridge worked well and everything stayed cold. Easy drive to Pisa and Lucca.

Everything getting a bit old & a slow I-net conncection (WiFi & Mobile - yes I know that's not exactly what you are looking for when travelling to Tuscany, but sometines you are simply forced to stay in touch with your "non-italian-life" ....)

We had a lovely stay in a beautifully renovated place with a magnificent view over Montecatini Terme. Breakfast, and optional dinner, were excellent. Pierluigi, his wife and staff were really friendly and recommended some places. We got attached to their dog Bruno.

the breakfast was absolutely excellent, as was the accommodation itself.

Nothing to argue! Perhaps, only if staying in the middle of July, beginning August it can be hot as there is no air conditioning.
