The staff are welcoming, the pool is cool and big with its relaxing chairs. As a genius member, I got a great offer and discount. The fan was good, though only 3 grades without specific choices of temperature or the density of the wind. The wardrobes were big. The room was really clean and the cleaning and breakfast staff were super nice, the same as most of the receptionists.

The fridge in our room is max 5 degree cooler than the house, so I was not able to keep the milk of my baby with me and I had difficulties in my baby sleeping for this. The strange part is that on the first day, they sent a technician who approved it was working properly, and they are very weak by nature 🤔 The breakfast had only one type of not very good ham, and one type of cheese in Italy 🤔 The fan switch for the temperature was kind of broken, so I had only choices between 1 to 3 to set its density.

the house is a hotel from gone times of spa splendour; all is slightly worn down, but that does not minimse the comfort too much. However, the owner should start some renovation quite soon, maybe. I was arriving by motorcycle and the bike was put into a locked garage, which was very kind; the friendly staff really took an effort to help. I had to sit out a rather rainy day and enjoyed a large room with a terrace (roof) at least in the short breaks in between showers. I did not use the hotel restaurant except for breakfast; hence no knowledge about that at dinner time; but there are a number of restaurants in easy walking distance;

breakfast for sure needs improvement, even for Italian standards, its a bit too thin. In addition the restaurant staff had given a rather uninterested impression, I'm afraid.

Everything! I cannot express how much I've loved my break here! Staff are so kind and helpful.i was a woman travelling with my two little girls and felt completely comfortable and safe in the area.lots to do in the area and pool area was always lovely and clean. Definitely be back.

Nothing! This is a real gem of a place.

For that price excellent value and location. Staff friendly. Rooms and bathroom in very Italian style, even their best was in cca. 90s. Location great - round the corner from both therme - Redi for bathing or tettuccio for visit and drinking cure. Hotel is "slightly used" but is having nice atmosphere. Great for people on budget who are not expecting the latest design and very modern stuff.

Breakfast was not good.....no fresh fruit no hot food , coffee was worst ive ever had in Italy ? One day tables were not cleaned i had to eat at a dirty table while staff just stood around dreadful ...

We liked everything, beds were good, pool was great, room was with perfect temperature and we slept very well. Only breakfast was a little poor, we missed fruits and vegetables.

I was surprised how large the bedroom was. Although a little dated it was adequate. Bathroom fittings let the score down. The bathroom requires refurbishment.

Swimming pool wasn’t in use., although some days it was raining. Other days it was hot. It’s a pity the hotel didn’t respond to the weather.

A lovely hotel with a spacious room and 2 balconies! Friendly staff at reception and housekeeping were great.

The hotel is really nice and centrally located. The receptionist was very kind and helpful; the rooms perfect, also with a balcony. We were there with our two small kids and everything was easy. While they were playing in the swimming pool outside, we could relax in the warm jacuzzi just facing the pool. There were plenty of options at the breakfast buffet, including fresh fruit, and soya milk.
