Great location, it’s close to the rental place and airport. 15 minutes drive to downtown.

Couple of things. The WiFi was so slow that we couldn’t watch TV, it works with WiFi 😒. At night the room gets filled with mosquitoes and ants on the bed when the window and doors are closed and the walls and bed sheets was evidences that the person before me experienced that same thing by killing the bugs. Also when taking a shower the water would run outside the shower making us constantly use the extra towels to dry the floor.

This was the hotel with the best value for money we could find in Florence for 1 night. It is definitely a little bit outwards (parctically at the end sign of Florence city :) ), however as we were with bicycles and there is a convenient bike road pracatically until the inner city, we could reach all the sights very easily with an approx. 20-25 min ride. Our room was clean and quite spacious, also the wifi was working well. You have all the basic amenities you need for a short stay (haridryer, small amenity kit....). Breakfast was ok, not a huge variety, but we could eat a nice meal and the sweet pastries were actually quite nice. Big bonus: the staff was nice enough to let us keep the car in the parking lot also after our checkout (but probably only because we were in off-season and the hotel was not full) - this was definitely a huge help for us, so thank you. :)

For 1 night everything was perfect. :) This is not a hotel to have a "2-weeks-wellness-holiday", as they only have basic facilities, but if you are only for a short visit in the city or need a stay before/after your flight (airport is really close-by), I would recommend this hotel. Nevertheless keep in mind that the sights are not reachable on foot from here, if this is your preference.

Best place to stay if you arrive or if you leave from the FLR airport. Staff, equipements, confort, balcon, breakfast included...15 minutes walking time to the airport....a few steps the the park....i highly recommand.

WiFi didnt work well during my stay

We booked one night here as we arrived to Florence late in the evening, before heading to the city the next morning. The hotel is very close to the airport, we thought we could make a 15-20min walk there, but the roads are not walkable so you need to get a taxi. The woman at the desk was very friendly and our room was on the 5th floor. The air con was great, and the beds very comfortable. Great bathroom too, very clean. There was also a balcony which was a nice addition and we sat outside with a drink. There is nowhere to buy a drink near the hotel, but the receptionist pointed us to a bar down the road where we were able to buy a cold bottle of beer (very glad!). I think the hotel is in a red light district, as we saw a few sex workers on the way to the bar, however the area doesn't feel unsafe to be honest, just something to note if you're staying there with children. Also to note, the listing mentions there is no breakfast but there is actually a free continental breakfast each morning in the basement area. It was very nice! Checkout is 11am which is also appreciated. Recommended for an airport stay, but not for a longer trip.

The area around the hotel doesn't have much to do but that's not the fault of the hotel, it's better for airport stays than a holiday.

The staff were very helpful, kind, and caring. One of them even arranged a taxi for me. The window offered a private view. The hotel is simple but serves its purpose well. 14 minutes walk to the airport. 11 minutes drive with car.

Due to the hotel's construction, I can hear the toilet flushing in the neighboring room. Also, whenever someone opens the main door to the rooms, the air pressure causes the doors to make a loud noise. I didn't like that there was only one electrical outlet in the entire room, and it was located above the bed.

The staff is wonderful and goes out of their way to help. Breakfast is from 7am onwards. However, with my early departure at 5am, there was still an ample serving of breakfast in the lower level with wonderful pastries, juices and coffee. This is huge plus and of great value to those who have early flights.

Everything was great. Very good value for the money. The location close to the airport is a great advantage, in particular for those who need to take an early flight.

I liked everything about this place, the room was modern and super cozy, very comfortable beds, the temperature was delightful as well, nor hot, nor cold. There was a TV with many programs, including Netflix. The bathroom was also really nice, the shower was clean, water pressure amazing. Breakfast was also good, not so much warm food, more baked goods, but still a wide choice what to choose from. Overall, loved it here.

Our room window wasn’t opening as well as blinds, so it was dark the whole time in there. No natural lighting. Also, we could hear someone from upstairs flushiny down the toilet very loud.

We stayed when we arrived and when we left Italy. It was very clean and the staff were friendly/welcoming.

The one thing I would say is that we got down for breakfast at the time of original stay and there was not that much food left, although it looked like a couple of families had had a banquet!! The second time we styed we had to leave to get our flight at 5.00 am.

The room was great. Very comfortable bed and really clean. The best sleep I had during my whole trip in Italy. ^_^. The staff was helpful and very informative. Also their hotel offer 24h reception. So there is always someone at the front desk of the hotel.

The only negative feature is that the hotel is far from the city center. You need approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to go to the Florence center, it depends on the bus schedule. However the bus station is 4 minutes from the Hotel, but you definitely need to change transportation. There is no direct bus to the city.

Beautiful balcony and the room was good sized. The restroom was very nice and clean as well. It came with a TV, though it is a bit small, but still good. The staff were helpful when I had questions and needed advice. I also think the breakfast was good.

The breakfast had less options than I expected there to be, but it was still decent and free. The location was also not as close to the center as I thought, but it is still a good neighborhood.
