Everything was perfect! As a single traveler and a women my priority is safety. The location was amazingly calm and in the centre. Staff (Margarita) was so helpful and sweet :) The room was clean and enough. They sent me a link of the menu to choose what time i would want my breakfast to be served and where (in the room or common space) and they served it the exact minute that i chose :) You can stay there without any hesitations and explore the maqnifique Firenze!

Breakfasts are really delicious. My bed is larger than a single bed and my room even has a balcony. Decoration of the hotel is very beautiful. It's walking distance to Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore and train station. Overall, far more better than expectation!

There were lots of mosquitos in my room, although I closed all the windows and doors.

Very nice location, very clean and comfortable rooms. The location was excellent for me. If you enjoy taking a walk, it is about 20 minutes from the main attractions of the city. The building was probably recently renovated so everything seems new and modern inside the rooms.

It's a B&B and and although there's an option for a breakfast the time tables have to be reserved in advance. Some of the days I could not get the breakfast in a good time for my plans. So try to schedule your breakfast for the whole stay in the first days you get there. There was some problems with the heating on the shower, but that can happen occasionaly on some buildings, I guess.

The staff were lovely and helpful Room was spacious with excellent air conditioning and a nice little balcony . Bed was comfortable . A kettle in the room was a nice extra but we had to ask for cups and no tea bags given Security was excellent

The breakfast pre ordering system was very rigid - you are given a budget and have to order off a set menu . Not value for money . No allowances made for special dietary requirements . No fresh fruit . No self service tea and coffee . They are making life hard for themselves by waiting at table .Not up to UK standard of a 4 star hotel and it was expensive compared to Rome . Also it is a half hour walk to the historic centre with no buses . You need to be fit and mobile . A tram line is being built so it will be better next year . TV had no service and although we reported it nothing was done . We could use our own Netflix subscription though .

The location is perfect - quiet, yet still conveniently close to the city centre. We requested a few small adjustments to our breakfast, and they were made just as we wanted! Water is always available, so you never have to worry about it.

We would recommend that the host make the bathroom a bit more practical. The check-in process, especially for guests arriving by car, can be a bit confusing. We entered the wrong gate and weren't sure what to do next. It would be helpful to receive clear guidelines in advance.

Room was as pictured and a good value for the money Breakfast to go was prepared for me on my first morning as I had an early tour. I appreciate the willingness of the staff to meet my needs/wants. Well done!

Not the fault of the property, but construction on the street made accessing the unit a but challenging, especially when checking in/out with my luggage. Not a lot of restaurants to eat at in the area. I did find one while out perusing the neighborhood, Da Napoli. (divine)

Our stay was overall really pleasant. The B&B is located about 15-20 minutes of walk from Piazza del Duomo (City center) which makes it close enough but far enough from all the noise of city center. The room was overall quite and we couldn’t hear noise from the other room or the street even though there is some ongoing construction work. We’ve had some issues with the page for ordering breakfast, but the staff was very helpful and the breakfast has a lot of options and was really good every morning. The coffee was also amazing as is everywhere in Italy. Overall the room was clean (and a very nice cleaning lady came in every day), the staff was very welcoming and we really enjoyed our time in Florence.

The only thing is the bed that we found uncomfortable. It is fine for one person, but as soon as two people lay down the bed seems to sink in the middle of it and any time anyone moves the other person can feel the bed moving. It was not too bad for a short stay though and everything else was perfect.

This is a nice, quality place very close to the center, cathedral area and within a few minutes walk of the major museums. Nearby are several grocery and convenience stores. The room was good for a budget and included a small balcony.

It was very hard to get hot water and I needed to ask for it to be fixed. The breakfast needs to be ordered in advance ala cart and the choices are limited.

The room was nice and the property was only a short walking distance to major sites like Il Duomo. The staff was extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions. We had an option for breakfast included in our stay. The breakfast was delicious and they even offered to bring it to the room for us!

The first night there were some mosquitoes in the room, but we came to realize that mosquitoes were prevalent around the entire city while we were here. The staff responded quickly to our concern and that seemed to help the problem!

Very close to the city's atttactions. Big comfortable room with great bathroom and cozy little balcony. Super friendly personnel - they cleaned the room daily, brought us new water bottles every day and served the breakfast on time. Great idea of having the breakfast options listed on a site and ordering what we want. A plus for being able to select the time when you want to serve your breakfast and the possibility of eating the breakfast in your room. Excellent breakfast every day - compliments to the chef. Very good water pressure & great free WI-FI. If we will ever come back to Firenze, we will definitely book a room at B&B La Marmora 39
