Perfect location, couldn’t have asked for better. Hotel was very well presented and the addition of complimentary wine & t-shirts in our room as well as a surprise bottle of Asti on my wife’s birthday just made it stand out as a Hotel that really looks after it’s guests. The staff were all very kind, welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Stunning views from the rooftop bar, a lovely place to relax and enjoy a coffee or Aperol. Would most definitely recommend staying here and hope to return in the near future.

The hotel is in an excellent position, very close to the Uffizi museum and the Ponte Vecchio. Its staff were always very friendly and helpful. There was a very good selection of food for breakfast, served in a beautiful breakfast room. There is also a rooftop terrace with both outdoor and indoor seating and serving drinks, snacks and light meals. Everything in our bedroom and bathroom worked well. The lighting in the bathroom was exceptionally good.

There is very little to criticise, though the person servicing our room was erratic in the provision of face cloths and shower gel.

The location is amazing and the staff were all very helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we've had while traveling. The night porter helped us get a taxi, super early on checkout day, which was wonderful.

The hotel upgraded us, which sounds great in theory, but assigned us into a suite that had a spiral staircase and a loft bed upstairs. We didn't know this until after we checked in, but the result was we needed to navigate the staircase in the middle of the night to get to the bathroom, and the staircase was a bit challenging. I share this only to help others be aware of this potential- it may not be an issue for others and the room was very pretty. But if that doesn't sound great to you, make sure you don't take that room. The room was also uncomfortably warm, with the AC centrally managed.

Location! Right on the Arno at Pointe Vecchio. It was perfect for walking anywhere you wanted to go. Close to shopping and dining and multiple attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is clean with multiple sitting rooms with beautiful art and furniture that gave an older itialian feeling. My single room while small had everything I needed and it had A/C! which was so refreshing after the Aug Florence heat. Breakfast was fantastic fruits, juices, meats, cheeses, pastries, yogurt, eggs, bacon and more. The roof top bar was a delite the drinks were delicious and the view was gorgeous. I will stay here again when I visit Florence.

The shower was like a phone booth that leaked water. Too small and not sealed so I used my towels to mop up floor almost daily.

Location location location! Such a stunning place to stay right in the heart of the old town. Beautifully decorated and the suite room we had was perfect for a family. So much space and room. Comfortable bedding for parents as well as the kids. Great kitchenette and stove, seperate bar and bar fridge area. Stunning bathroom. Might be nice for an extra bench top or table to keep toiletries in there. Stunning roof top. Very helpful staff with booking dining options. Lots of options for grabbing breakfast near by but there is a hotel breakfast as well if needed.

Would be nice to have some pillow options. But everything was otherwise fabulous in the room. Also might be a nice gesture to offer aperitif hour for the roof top to hotel guests with a slight discount to encourage more utilization. Just a suggestion, but pricing fits with roof top pricing in Florence. And it’s again a stunning space to sit and enjoy in the afternoon, sunset and late evening.

Excellent location next to the Uffizi Gallery. All the sights are within walking distance. Friendly staff, very friendly, always ready to help with various questions. Very good breakfasts in a beautiful room with ancient frescoes.

The room was very old, with a peeling ceiling, a window facing God knows where, like a pipe (it would have been better if it hadn't been there at all). The hotel is 4 stars, but there wasn't even a kettle in the room. The price is too high for such a hotel. The main advantage of this hotel is its location

I loved this property. Fantastic location- you can easily walk to the quieter Oltrano or walk to all the sights in the Centro easily. Staff is amazing. They treated me like I was a princess. I had a room in the newer wing and it was huge , very comfortable, had an extra comforter which is unusual, a robe and slippers. Bathrooms in new wing need an update but that is happening this winter. Great breakfast in a stunning room with frescoes and a view of the Arno . The rooftop Deck is fantastic place to have an afternoon glass of wine . Everyone was very helpful and absolutely lovely. Will be back in the spring .

I tended to get lost finding my way around!

I stayed in the single room. Small but perfect for its size, faces the back of uffizi. The breakfast was really good in a stunningly beautiful room. All staff in reception/breakfast are very helpful. Appreciate that it is open 24 hours for late night arrivals / departure. Excellent location next to Uffizzi and Ponte Vecchio.

The bathroom in the single is in need of better upkeep. The toilet is cracked at the back and held together by tape, and there is some unpleasant smell coming from it. The standing shower doors are misaligned and requires fixing. Otherwise the rest of the room is good.
