From the moment you walk in the door Marco greets you with a welcoming smile. The rooms were extremely spacious, clean and modern. The bed and pillows very comfortable. Each morning Marco prepares a very good selection of pastries (home made) cereals, bread with coffee machine, tea or juice. The time for breakfast was perfect too, with even having access early on the day of my departure. I felt very comfortable with total privacy of your own card and pin access. Marco communicated the check in process and my room was ready way ahead of time so I could just walk in when ready. I can totally see why Marco and his property is top rated. The train station Le Piagge is only a few KMs down the road and the bus stop straight out front of the B&B. Do not go past booking this property, you won't be disappointed 👏🇦🇺

Very spacious, clean, good breakfast and amazing owners! Marco was very friendly, helped us get to the city and gave us tips on what to do in Florence. His family was also very nice to our dog, Ginger. We also had a little bed for her in our room 🖤 we would like to thank you for everything! Please make sure you save some space in the morning for the apple tart that Marco prepares freshly every morning for breakfast 🫣

Nice option for a spend the night near Florence, cheaper comparing to the city itself. Super apartments with private bathroom. In the room really liked: - the beds and pillows, they were comfortable - bathroom, it was clean, modern and the shower had a great water pressure and temperature. - room was spacious enough As for check-in process, it was really smooth and fast, the host provided me all the details and codes in advance so when I arrived I entered the room without any problems. All in all the host was great and helpful. I would also highlight the breakfast, it was of good variety and it was in the inner garden, which was really peaceful.

It's quite far from Florence city, it took me about 30 minutes to get to the city, excluding waiting time. The area is super quite, but also has a lack of supermarkets and cafes. I found only few of them in Saturday evening. The room was on ground floor, so there was no view and I kept my curtains closed.

Easy check-in, the room was quite big, with a nice bathroom. You can park your car without problem. The place has a nice garden too. The host is very friendly, and he helped us a lot with useful information about the city. He also served us delicious cakes and cookies for breakfast which was handmade by him the day when we were there.

Marco was really nice, he speaks excellent English and the property is super clean, has double door with code. It also has a tree house which was cute. Marco served us the breakfast with different kinds of cakes cooked by him. Room was spacious and had a locker too. It had small refrigerator and AC. Overall we had a nice stay there.

The property is little far from the city, so travelling without a car could be little difficult.

The host called immediately after booking to let us know our room would be ready (last minute trip) He made sure we had everything we needed. The property is so cute. We will definitely come back and stay again. Breakfast was also great.

Italian heat. There was an ac unit but it didn't do much. A fan was provided and was the only thing cooling us off.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The host family were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good. There were bus stops nearby - about 200 metres.

Needed to travel on bus to get to city centre. Purchasing tickets was a nightmare - not available on the bus, a credit card can only be used for one ticket for one person, ticket machines only take 10 euros or less. Not the fault of the apartment owners but a significant consequence.

Marco, what can we say about you. We cannot thank you enough for the care you gave to us. We especially thank you for the your personal help in finding us a doctor and to be able to book an appointment in such short notice. We are deeply thankful to you and if we ever go back to Florence, we will not think twice to stay with you again. Thank you very much.

Marco is the best host - very hospitable, attentive and informative. He gave us great directions to get into town, by car and by bus. Breakfast was homemade cake by Marco with other great choices. Room was spacious and super clean and modern. Great indoor garden and patio - we were able to hang out after a long day. We highly recommend the place and will definitely come back if we visit again.

Marco is Amazing host! He contacted me on WhatsApp giving me all the check in details! Free parking, clean and spacious apartment with exceptional cleanliness! Breakfast was amazing with homemade baked cakes, great coffee! If you have a car, Marco's apartman is a MUST for staying!
