A beautiful pearl in the heart of the town Pescia, located in Pestoia/ Toschany! This hotel used to be a paper factory which was transformed to a hotel. It is made like a residence village, super authentic and beautiful! Great pool and lovely green area. Staffs are lovely, all of them are just wonderful, helpful and stretching their capacity to get the hotel's works done and never miss their sweet smile even after a long day of work.

I think this hotel has much higher potential to use, there is a great bar-restaurant attached to the hotel called New York, it was not in function anymore, in general after I stayed in the hotel for the second time since 2023, I felt the hotel feel lonely and getting abandoned, not sure why owners of this gorgeous area don't spend more on this unique property to make it glamorous and blooming, its a paradise in heart of a mountainous area, quiet and special!

The place is incredible and breathes history. The staff is very friendly and helped us solve any problems. The breakfast is decent and delicious. Very nice pool. Overall, the vacation was very good.

The room was a little different from the picture on Booking.com. Very low ceilings, little light, only 1 small window. It felt like we were in a basement. Our room was on the 1st floor. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. But it felt like we were somewhere in an old castle, so it all made up for it.

Dogs are very welcome and loved in this hotel! The staff is extremely friendly, you feel immediateky at home. Thanks especially to Lorenzo, he gave a lot of tipps and the evenings at the bar were very funny ! The hotel is fantastic, you cannot stop making photos :-), and the medical Thaimassage with Manid is obligatory, the best massage I ever had ! (I booked twice for 1.5 hours

This hotel is located in an adorable town in Tuscan; Pescia, its indescribably beautiful, authentic and you have all you need for a real holiday at your disposal! Its wonderful! There are two wonderful staffs work there; they treat guests as if they are all friends and people whom they know; Lorenzo and Francko! Lorenzo checked me in, guided me and helped me to find restaurants around, local attractions and everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Francko is also a lovely man, works with his heart! You are wonderful!

Pool! Pool is used by outsiders which is fine but its usually over sold! Its too inconvenient, packed and over crowded!

Really beautiful location! The property is lovely and interesting to have the bits of the mill on display to look at. The pool was a very welcomed way to cool down from the sun and the pool bar served nice snacks/ice creams. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options The staff were wonderful, incredibly friendly and helpful!

A restaurant on site for evenings would have been ideal but we would happily visit again regardless!

It was still low season so restaurant was only open 1 day for lunch. Not the property fault, understandable they cannot stay open for only a few guests. Staff was so kind they opened the bar and served me wonderful cold cuts and cheese, so excellent

Swimming pool was very good and great breakfast!! Convenient location to visit Lucca Montecatini, Pistoia and not too far from Florence. Staff was really friendly and helpful especially when we had a little issue with our room.

Nice people, great location, atmospheric hotel, all very traditional. I wholeheartedly can recommend.

The rooms are very very noisy. We had a crying baby next door which kept us up till 2 in the morning.

The room was huge and had a great view of the river. The buildings were fun to explore.

The air condition was struggling in the middle of a heat wave, we had to go ask the front desk to fix it. There is no fridge in the room. The free buffet did not mention that scrambled eggs is 4 euros extra.

The staff and especially Lorenzo the barkeeper who made our stay very enjoyable.

The rooms are outdated and we really missed having a minibar to store some drinks and stuff. Luckily Lorenzo provided us with a solution and let us keep things refrigerated in the big cooling unit downstairs.
