Myself and my son stayed one night only at the " Al Canto del Cavour" B&B, while travelling from Florence to Pisa. The owner of the B&B, Sig. Renzo, was extremely helpful and nice, he offers a contact less check-in through WhatsApp. The instructions were very easy to follow, we access straight away to the building. The room was very spacious, clean, free Wi-Fi, fridge, air-conditioning and breakfast included in a local bar very closed to the B&B. The Manager, Sig.ra Eva, comes in the morning for the checkout, she was very nice and kind, she let us keep our luggage free of charge in the B&B. The B&B is right near the San Zeno Cathedral and nearby all shops and amenities. Thank you Sig.ra Eva and Sig. Renzo for your great hospitality. Cillian&Paola

we loved it, such a nice apartment in the middle of the lovely historic area of Pistoia, the room was very clean and comfy and the responsible people were very helpful and nice, we had lovely breakfast which is a sandwich of our choice from the cafe nearby and any beverage and it was really good stay at this cafe, we exploored the city very easily and also went to the trainstation easily in order to go to Florence

it was very nice to explore Pistoia, but if your time is tight , you will find it tiring to travel from Pistoia to Florence, we had to take a bus next to the station then the train that takes 45 min and it's a bit slow, it is very doable as it's only almost one transportation, but just so you can manage your time, but other than that it was nice

Excellent location, good sized room, excellent breakfast, staff very helpful especially in assisting when the WiFi wouldn't work. Shower hot and had good pressure, bed was comfortable.

In room fridge very noisy and had to be turned off a night (rather defeating the objective). All staff contact was by WhatsApp and would have been nice to have a little more interaction. Latch on window shutter seemed jammed closed so wasn't able to get much of a look at the advertised "city view."

Excellent location and getting into the apartment was easy. For the price it was fair and as expected.

Parking was incredibly hard to find, maybe there was an event that night. We drove around for an hour, all lots were full. Also cleanliness wasn't great - there were random hairs in the bathroom. And checkout was stated on the papers in the room between 10:30-11. We arrived back to the room to collect our bags at 10:31, and the lady was already cleaning our room, which was a bit weird.

The location the breakfast location was offsite but enjoyable & the city

No safety box, terrible pillows & no kettle when we were advised that the apartment had one. Poor communication- no instructions as to how to access the keys to the apartment on arrival. I had to contact the restaurant below the apartment who fortunately located the manager

A pleasant upstairs room with fridge, microwave, etc, and a nice ensuite. There was a helpful file with instructions and advice in several languages. Complimentary breakfast was available at a nearby bar with friendly owners. Location was very central, and Pistoia (on the rail branchline between Florence and Pisa, and near Lucca) is well worth a visit. I had trouble getting in initially, as I didn't have WiFi once I'd left the train, so I didn't get the owner's message with access instructions. But with the help of neighbours and the owner's sister, who lives in the block, I got in.

Everything was very good, although it would have been helpful if Booking.com could have mentioned that I needed to be online on the day - I could have bought some roaming data or texts

The room is very okay, ventilation perfect.

We had to wait in the cold with our kids for almost an hour before the doors were opened and we were checked in. We ringed the door bells for almost one hour and nobody answered, we started ringing bells of other residents until we got a woman that helped us call the owner of the hotel. It was a terrible experience. Also there's mosquitoes in the room 😒 Also we couldn't get car park as we were told, they lied about having a kitchen and please it's just a hotel room and NOT an apartment as we were made to understand.

The bnb has an absolutely great location, just a few minutes on foot from the main square and the cathedral. The breakfast is in a lovely bar round the corner. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The self check-in was available, so it is no problem if you need to arrive late. I would definitely come back.

All was perfect, although it was a bit strange that I never met the owner. He communicated well via whatsapp, though.

Very good location, right next to night life of Pistoia (which didn't seem to be clubbing, but rather people having fun on the street). It's also 10 minutes walk from the train station, which is not too bad.

Might not be the most calm area to relax at night. The mattress was not very comfortable, but did the job ok :)

Nice place in a great location

On Saturday morning there was the local market so it was a little bit noisy ( personally i do not care as i am an early bird but it maybe affect someone that like sleeping more in the morning )
