Highly recommend. We had a lovely stay here. The owners are so friendly, welcoming and make you feel safe & secure throughout your stay, with great recommendations. Thankyou 🤩 Our rooms were very clean, spacious, comfy beds. A water tank was available for cold water anytime. Breakfast was delicious, lovely cappuccino 🤩 Hotel is a 10min walk from the station, we used it as a base for visiting Florence etc. I would highly recommend staying here, Thankyou for a wonderful time 🤩

Great place, small hotel, but with everything you need. Clean, nice, well-equipped. Wonderful and helpful owners. Italian breakfasts ;) Private, closed parking space. B&B is close to the center with lots of tasty and charming restaurants and close to the train station, which made Pistoja an ideal place for trips to Florence. I definitely, highly recommend it.

Great location, wonderful and friendly welcome, a very personal and attentive experience, gorgeous bedroom and bathroom which were faultlessly clean, big comfortable bed and everything we need in the room. Beautiful breakfast room and a lovely variety of food, and the terrace is lovely! Everything was perfect.

We were met by the very friendly and welcoming owner who helped us unload our luggage and then came with us to show us the gated car park. The property was very well appointed and looked after. Decoration and furnishings were very tasteful and what we found the particularly interesting was the use of technology (touch sensitive panels in the rooms and outside the doors of the rooms), which not only allowed you to manage your air con, and open your door but also gave you info. about sightseeing in the local area. Our room was beautifully furnished and which we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. We had a lovely selection of fruit teas in the room. Lovely soft and very large towels were provided for our use. The centre of the old town was a very short walk away, making it possible for us to spend some time there in the late afternoon and evening. We were sorry only to be staying on night as both the property and Pistoia are most worthy of a longer visit! Breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh bread, pastries (delicious!) and cheese and meats and was included in the very reasonable price.

Great location a short walk from the centre of town. Spacious room and bathroom stylishly furnished and extremely comfortable. Really friendly and helpful hosts. Parking included in a secure car park nearby. Fresh bread and pastries for breakfast.

Parking the car outside to offload luggage could be tricky on a really busy day, but the host is so helpful with taking bags and personally taking guests to park so this is easily overcome.

The hosts are incredibly welcoming and such nice people. The location is perfect if you want to get around Pistoia. The B&B is right outside the city centre and it takes around 5 minutes walking to get to the main squares where you can find plenty of restaurants and bars. The room was clean and tidy and very modern. We had a sweet breakfast in the morning and there were cakes and croissants. Definitely recommended and we’ll be back!

The host are really welcoming and very friendly, they help to get stuff to the room, and the room is really large spacious and clean . water is available free of cost from fridge , anytime you can go and grab it . breakfast was also amazing, you have good options. definitely recommend if you are traveling in Tuscany . good secure parking is also available in 5 euro . and will come again for sure here

Absolutely everything. Protected parking. Central location. Excellent and welcoming hosts. Extremely clean and to a high standard. Free unlimited water. Quiet and just amazing.

The decor is beautiful & the accommodation is extremely clean, comfortable & very tastefully decorated. The owners & staff are lovely - very welcoming & willing to help. Location is good & there is plenty to choose from at breakfast. Definitely recommend & look forward to staying here again.
