The staff made our stay perfect. Leonardo, Sara, Elisa and the rest of the staff provided us with everything we needed and more. Suggestions for places to visit, restaurants to eat and those we’re all accurate. We felt immediately relaxed upon arrival. No hassle with the car as they showed us how to handle it and even drove along to show us exactly how and where to park the car. During the check in we were treated with drinks and snacks. The rooms itself were comfortable and we even got an upgrade on our last day. They showed us love and therefore our forever place to be when visiting Pistoia.

Great location, super friendly staff, very clean and comfy. I love how you can't tell from the outside how lovely and stylish the hotel and its rooms are. We only stayed 2 days, but really enjoyed it as we needed a base while exploring the area. Since the hotel is in the middle of everything worth seeing in Pistoia, it was a great place to explore this charming little town as well. We will definitely come back!

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout, our room was very spacious and quiet, the property is furbished tastefully and is very well maintained. The selection at the breakfast buffet was very varied and catered for every taste. I can only recommend the Palazzo 42 and we will certainly be back once we are in the area again.

Fantastic staff, so hugely helpful! They were amazing. The hotel is located in a prime spot of the town! About 300 feet from everything. What a wonderful, friendly town also. The people are lovely. Nina helped us get to the parking garage and back the next day during the market and all the people at the desk were so friendly and happy and kind. They are absolute gems! You are fortunate to have them. Nina is honestly the face of the brand !and she, along with everyone else was always happy to help with a beautiful smile. What a fabulous staff you have. We were even upgraded in our room for the night. It gave us so much more space. The rooms were generous, the bathroom was fantastic, the staff absolutely amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our neighbor was either smoking with the windows open or with them closed, but all we know is that we could smell it all night.

Central location literally in a main shopping street so easy hustle and bustle, (paid, but affordable) parking at a few minutes walking distance, very nicely laid out room with nice quality fixtures, decent breakfast, friendly staff.

The beds aren’t great and take away for the nice type of room. But one can survive on them. Also sound isolation is not great as the breakfast setup was clearly bearable to our room close to the breakfast area.

Location and the Really amazing staff…they got into my hire car and walked me back to the hotel on arrival and when leaving as there was a market on and the street was blocked they did the same in reverse to get me to the back alleyway.Just Brilliant …and they sorted out some laundry too!

The room and bathroom were immaculate the beds were one of the most comfortable i have stayed in and the hotel had a beautiful fragrance.The hotel is in the centre of pistoia so minutes away from shops and restaurants. When we arrived the lady at the desk walked to our car to make sure we were parked correctly unfortunately we didn't get her name but we were very grateful to her . Highly recommended 👌

I would say that this hotel was one of the best where I stayed in my life. The exceptional care- dog present, garage assistance, upgrade etc will make us to come to this location again! We fell in love with the beautiful style of the hotel and our stay was absolute perfect

No restaurant & no room service other than for basic breakfast. was booked for 2 bathrooms but was given different room. They gave us option later when pointed out but we were too near finishing up our holiday, wasn’t worth the effort. This was not made clear at booking time that we needed to specify we had booked for 2 bathrooms room !

Very nice hotel located in the center of Pistoia on a quiet street. Beautiful, clean and quiet rooms. Very nice bathrooms. Although the breakfast area isn't too big the selection of meals is very satisfactory. We didn't make a reservation for parking place, but there is a lot of free spaces in few minutes walk radius. For initial check-in there is one spot for a car just at the door. Definitely would like to visit this place again.
