The owner lady was very friendly. We arrived late in the evening since we came from far away but she still waited from us. The street to go to the place can be doubting, especially in the late evening like us but just follow the google map and it's located at the end of the street. The breakfast is full of variety that can make one feel full before starting the day. Only 5 minutes to Vinci town. It has pool that really refreshing during summer but unfortunately we didn't have time to try it.

The different sizes and colours of towels for each guest. I personally think that a b&b should have same set of size & color of towels. The different sizes and colors give an impression as home towels and not accomodation towels. Like you are a guest to your relative and given one of their daily bath and hand towel to use. It's just small little things but can be put into consideration i think.

Off the beaten track we found this beautiful rustic Tuscan farmhouse B&B for 1 nights stay. Donatella was the most welcoming and hospitable host, she spoke little English, us NO Italian, but we understand each other OK. Our room was large, the bed extremely comfortable, the bathroom spacious, all very crisp and clean. Breakfast was plentiful with cereals, cold meats, fresh hardboiled farm eggs, cake and pastries, fruit juices, tea and coffee. We only had the 1 nights stay as we were en route from Pisa to Florence before heading to Rimini. I would highly recommend a night or two in this delightful rustic Tuscan farmhouse B&B.

Very welcoming and available host :) We were allowed to do an early check-in which was great because we were very tired from previous travels. The property is a lovely farm with cute animals (cats, dogs, chicken, geese, goat...) just outside of Vinci. Just a few minutes away with a car (although our 1987 old car struggled a bit on the dirt road, any other car would have no problem). The room and the bed was very comfortable, more than most accommodations we've been to and super clean. Breakfast is also good and again, it was a pleasure to be received by the host.

We found ourselves ensconced in this peaceful abode for six nights, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. Seated an hour’s drive away from the hubbub of major cities like Firenze, Pisa, Livorno, Siena, and Lucca, this B&B nestles you in its tranquil embrace while keeping the vibrancy of city life within accessible reach. The heart of Le Mimose, however, is not its location but its warm and endearing host, Donatella. Being her guests felt akin to spending time at a beloved grandparent’s house - nurturing, comforting, and ever so homely. Her kindness radiates throughout the property, her heartfelt approach to hosting evident in every thoughtful detail. It’s a certainty that we will find our way back to Le Mimose. After all, who could resist the allure of such a serene sanctuary, helmed by the wonderfully hospitable Donatella?

We couldn’t stay longer

A lovely place in the Toscanian countryside. The house and its surroundings are just gorgeous: beautiful vintage furniture, a pool with the view of the sunset, vineyards and olive trees—and those beautiful evenings/mornings on the terrace... Add to it the generous hostess and friendly animals and you’re at home. If you’re anywhere around, this is your number one place. PS. It’s totally worth it to pay a little extra for the local wine and olive oil to complete the experience. An honest-hearted 10 out of 10.

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings, spacious room, shared kitchen at our disposal, kindness of the host.

There were some issues with hot water the first day, but they were quickly fixed (the next day it was all OK). I cannot blame the host for this, occasionally things break down and we just had bad luck.

Very nice location - quiet and out of the city with a beautiful view. The hostess was very friendly, there was a lot of things to do and the breakfast was tasty and big! If you want a quiet, relaxing stay - this is the place for you.

an exceptional experience. The owner was extremely hospitable. We were leaving early in the morning for the airport. She dropped a bag of food for our breakfast which is served at 8:00AM. The house is located on a beautiful hill, next to multiple vineyards. Well maintained and will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Tuscany area.

Everything! Donatella is a wonderful host, excellent location convenient and neat. Tasty and authentic breakfast. Comfortable room with all necessities included. Quiet location among fields of olive trees and vines. I confidently recommend this location! Thank you very much Donatella.

Beautiful location,lovely host & great value

It’s only a small thing but I’d have firmer mattresses on the bunk beds.I know they are usually for kids but they are a little soft for adults.It’s only a small thing.
