Hotel as described and reviews are fair reflection of lovely hotel. Perfectly located for visiting Florence and Tuscan countryside. We were motorcyclists visiting for Mugello track and it is well placed for this as well.

Perhaps the only downside if you are not a motorcycle fan, is that this Hotel is on one of the best motorcycle rides in the area. The hotel is in a hairpin!! On a good weekend the noise can be a distraction to an otherwise quiet location.

The location is wonderful, peaceful and what we were looking for- no far from the city, in a quiet place. The dinner in the restaurant was also very very good- service, dishes . The women in the reception desk were very thoughtful and helpful. The room was spacious and it gave to the garden. A dream!

The breakfast was not very varied. For me, it lacked fruit, eggs. The service was not very friendly either. The reception desk closes at 10pm, which can be a problem if you need anything.

The outlook was beautiful and the hotel was lovely. The food was great, the staff was excellent, and as we missed our last breakfast because we had to leave early, the Receptionist organised for the chef to pack us two bags of water, fruit, focaccia bread and pastries. That was so kind and greatly appreciated for our long journey ahead. Thank you everyone.

It would have been greatly appreciated to have an iron and board in our room so we could wear so fresh clothes.

The room was spacious, clean and well serviced. A particular highlight was the restaurant. The choice of food and particularly the restaurant staff was what made the stay.

Reception was open from 8am till 10pm, so you had to be mindful of this when paying the bill if you needed to depart early.

Big room, super comfortable and big bed. Room was silent and the AC worked great. Amazing view over Pistoia. Staff was attentive and pleasant.

Breakfast was OK, not great, and closes at 9h30, which is too early for people who are on vacations. Toilet was not properly clean when we arrived.

Lovely hilton class room.Great aircon in middle of heat wave. Very good self serve breakfast buffett. Mostly high grade contimental but the scrambled egg was delicious. Nice pool. Helpful English speaking staff. View to die for. Restaurant fantastic with the view.

Hard to fault. Coffee machine at breakfast was worse that i get free at work, which is a real shame when staying in Tuscany. Alesandro made me a lovely coffee the old fashioned way. Resturant food delicious but pricey.. No kettle to actually make nice tea. Usual tepid water from coffee machine.

Beautifil place, very nice swimming pool. Nice personel. Pretty view on Pistoia. Nice olive cosmetics but only soap, shower gel and shampoo (no conditioner or body cream). Nice thing was the shower cap ane the shaving gel. I really enjoyed.

Nobody told us that you can request vegetables and eggs at the breakfast :( that is very pity because the breakfast served was poor and it would be great to know that you can have more things to eat. I order one big bed but there were two mattress with a hole in the middle and they moved apart in the night. They organize parties and it is noisy at night even though the windows are soundproof.

Villa is stunning, staff is very friendly and polite I was very confused with past reviews, we stayed for 3 nights and we interacted with every staff member and they were so nice. The room that we got had an amazing view, and the restoran food was very tasty and well presented. Complimentary breakfast was also good with a variety of choices. Definitely a recommended stay.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The surroundings were charming and the facilities are also great. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

room was nice, clean, the view from the pool is fantastic.Also there is a big room for axtivities with a big screen tv which is a plus.

Breakfast is average and wifi is pretty bad. Our room was pretty noisy because of the road nearby.
