Very nice and helpful staff, good location in the older part of Pistoia and close to the Duomo, good breakfast, large room with large bathroom and large shower. Many restaurants in the area. La Cantinetta just in front of the hotel can be highly recommended, very good food and excellent service.

Difficult to get to the hotel if you come by car. The GPS in my rental car failed to find the way.

Staff wonderful, speak English well and some Spanish. So helpful in finding my wife's grandfather's village, Pavana, and we used the same route to return to Bologna which avoided the traffic on the major highways to Bologna, A11 and others.

Amazing hotel situated in the centre of town. Ideal for couples or business travel. Very clean rooms and lots of space. Breakfast is fantastic and there is a big choice! The staff are very kind and easy to get on with. We stayed 2 nights and we even had our rooms cleaned on the first day which was a really nice touch. The staff will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is top quality. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, ample room, lovely decor, nice modern shower, friendly staff

Breakfast was just a bit basic - cold dry scrambled eggs, only fresh fruit was whole (not ready to eat). Lots of cakes and sweet pastries though.

Location is great Breakfast tarts were good Coffee was good Juice good However Breakfast should have some variety e.g the cold cuts for my 8 day stay were the same kind of ham and salami and cheese…a different kind of salami and cheese would be welcome;

Scrambled eggs were too dry and always cold

The amenities are new and clean, the room was large enough and well equipped, top location.

Too much sweets at the breakfast but this is an Italian specialty:)

Pleasant, air-conditioned room and breakfast room. Very friendly and helpful staff who took time to have a conversation . They made the hotel a genuinely welcoming place.

Great staff, decent breakfast and good cakes..., and good restaurant across on the street, and really in the centre of the city.

I can't thank the staff enough, they absolutely were fantastic! They really made every extra effort to ensure that I had an enjoyable stay. My room was clean and well presented, with a wonderful bathroom and there was a great choice of options at breakfast. Oh, and the coffee was superb.

Everything was perfect, room clean, bright, nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed. Staff really kind and helpful.
