The view was fantastic, we enjoyed swimming in the pool, and the breakfast was excellent. Eva was wonderful and helped us with everything. We also loved the evening shared dinner on the house terrace – thank you for letting us use the tableware.

We stayed here for one night while our daughter attended a birthday party in Prato. Our quadruple room was very spacious and had a lovely view of the garden and mountains. Chiara saved the day when my daughter forgot her curling iron; she got one to us within 10 minutes of asking for her help. Although still too early in the season for me to swim, the pool was open and our 7yr old son loved it.

I would only suggest offering savory items at breakfast too.

The surrounding area is beautiful, Tuscan hills with olive trees and vineyards. Wonderful view from the garden. Beautiful building, nicely renovated. Very friendly and helpful host. We went in April, when it was too cold for swimming outside, but it must be lovely in the summer with the swimming pool open.

The room was a bit small for 3, it felt like the second bed has been added to what had initially beed a double room, so it was a bit crammed. When there were people staying in the room above ours, we could hear them quite loudly.

The property offers a pool for free, so it was amazing that we could spend a late afternoon sunbathing and having fun in the pool. However the pool towels were not provided, so we had to use the ones which were provided for the room.

The shower cubicle was a bit outdated and not clean. Also, the breakfast was typical Italian - no fresh vegetables or fruit. This I find quite strange as we were staying in an area where typically a lot of fresh vegetables and fruit is grown.

the view, the location and the staff - exceptional! breakfast really delicious! we didn't get to experience the pool but i'm sure it's wonderful.

a bit too touristy and a bit too pricey but other than that really incredible place! i would probably book again and come earlier in the evening to enjoy the premises

Wonderful place in a Wonderful location. Nice site to visit The Toscana. Súper clean and confortable and nice breakfast.

The Hotel owner is really nice and the Hotel is placed at a great countryside, close to Prato/ Florenz by car

During our stay (off-season), there was a teenager Party hosted in the Hotel, which, opposed to the pre-Information, went far beyond midnight with loud music. Having a small child in the age of 1 year, it was not the best experience.

Breakfast was good. Owners were nice and helpful. Room was clean. Would recomend it.

AC was not working well, it was realy hot in the room.

Great pleace in the middle of the Tuscany hills. Owners really nice people, good value for money.
