We are home now after a 3 night stay at this lovely gem of a B&B. The location is really beautiful and very peaceful and easy to get too. It was just what we needed. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable, we had the best nights sleep in a very long time. The room had a massive terraced balcony that we sat out on in the evenings, just chilling with a glass of wine 😊 Laura was an amazing host and very welcoming. She laid on a lovely breakfast every morning, with a selection of pastries/muffins and cakes as well as toast items, fruits, meats and cheeses and also cooked up bacon and scrambled eggs if you wished to have them. She helped us with the translation to book in for a winery tour that we saw and assisted us with information on trains etc...for getting to Florence. We would happily book back here for a nice peaceful break away next time we are in the area.

The host Laura was very friendly. She greeted us outside of the property after which she proceeded to show us around the house and the area. The house is located on a hill, from which you can see a beautiful panoramic view of the town Cantagrillo. It is also surrounded by greenery, with many plants looked after by the host herself. The rooms were very well looked after, there was a pleasant smell around the house and not a speck of dust was seen. The breakfast offered a selection of meats, cheeses, breads, juices. There was also an option of scrambled eggs with bacon. There was a sweet side of the breakfast also with an offered selection of pies, jams, biscuits and pastries. A very secure location with electric gates, making us have no worries about any unwanted entrance to the property or access to our car. The host was very friendly and helpful, and even gave us recommendations on what places to visit and where we can go. A homey feeling.

Laura is a really nice and kind person. We really enjoyed our stay there. Nice room and nice breakfast The place is located in the countryside in Tuscany and the view is stunning. If you want to travel to Firenze, you can take a direct train in Pistoia which is around 10 minutes by car from the B&B. The way to go to Firenze is about 40 minutes (10e per person to go and return). Don’t drive to Firenze by car, it will take too much time because there is lots of traffic.

Authentic Tuscan house surrounded by olive trees and nature. Very peaceful with beautiful views. Everything about this place in gorgeous as well as our hostess Laura. Words are not enough, one simply must experience it. Feels far away from the bustling city streets and yet it is very close to the city of Pistoa and motorways that take you all around Tuscany.

Location, interior, hospitality of the hosts. Views to the city and hills. Owners put a lot of effort into every design detail to make you feel like in a movie, breakfast was wonderful - everything was there what you would expect.

Everything was done with care and professionalism, the house has been carefully and imaginatively equipped, the breakfast is stupendously generous, the view was stupendous and the whole package was friendly, but unobtrusive. and the price very fair. Highly recommend.

We had such a great stay. Laura is the best! Everything was super clean, very well maintained and super well organised by Laura. Breakfast was like in 5* hotel. Such an attention to all details. The garden is very nice and there is a Jacuzzi. Wish we could stay longer and definitely would love to come back.

Beautiful countryside, lovely house and amazing owner who is really nice and provides everything you need. Breakfast was really nice as well. We would definitely love to stay here again. The location is also nice because you can drive around Tuscany and everything is up to 2 hours drive.

Magical stay in the middle of nowhere but still close to restaurants, shops and everything you’ll need. Maria Laura, the owner of the accomodation, is a perfect host that will assure that you have everything you’ll need and want. We had a problem with air conditioning and the problém was fixed within 30 minutes without any sign of hesitation. Whole house is super clean with multiple possibilities to sit outside and chill. If we ever decide to come back to this area we’re staying in Olivia B&B Apartments for sure.

Perfect place to stay in Tuscany. Host Ms. Laura was kind and helpful. Great localization near Cantagrillo made trips to other parts of the county easy.

Only thing i have in mind is that jacuzzi was a little dirty
