Views from San baronto are fantastic, so is the swimming pool on the rooftop. Angelo was very helpful, he provided us help with anything we wanted, whether it was something regarding the apartment or his Knowledge on Tuscany/other regions. Great guy.

There was an issue with no washing machine due to some issues, and with us being there for 6 days that was a problem for sure.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Pool was incredible. Rooms were large and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Terrace was fantastic. Restaurants in the area were excellent. Close to Florence, Vinci and Lucca.

We had good parking but when busy we stayed home to not lose parking spot

Spacious and quiet apartment in a cute small village. Angelo was incredibly kind and helped us out more than once. We were in San Baronto for a wedding and are very happy to have discovered the residence. We are planning to be back for a few days of just relaxing, it’s the perfect spot for it.

This is a ver special place in a beautiful little town/village. The views of the sun setting is just amazing and there are 2 shops and restaurants within a few steps. Absolutely an amazing place to relax and enjoy the beautiful area. The tiny Italian lady with the huge smile makes it just so much better. Highly recommend!!!!

Nothing. Wish I could stay longer.

The room was huge. The beds were good. But there was this smell in the rooms that made it anything but romantic. I would not prefere a cheap perfume that covers everything but better airing and cleaning. Otherwise the hotel was quite ok and had a good sleep. I am sure that in summer it's a lot better.

Old wood furniture has a smell, but that was not the only smell in the room. It was a mixture of old, mold and maybe smoke. Definetely not pleasant. Cleaning was average. The room is ok if you are alone, in transit. Not for couples/families/long stays.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Please don’t forget to go to the pool with a good view for a surroundings. Each room has a terrace and no view to other guests. Welcoming hosts wait us till our arrival at 21.00. Very good and spacious rooms

There is no frying pan, but we has to ask before we decide to cook florentine steak))

Absolutely beautiful place… gorgeous settings and our room was lovely. The huge terrace was a real added bonus. Will be returning 🥰 little book baskets around the hotel. Stunning pool too thank you

Nothing it’s perfect!

The location is magnificent, magic air, view, sunset from the pool, perfect for cozy silent vacation with kids. The staff was very helpful, there is all you need in the apartment for a comfortable stay.

This is a great place to relax. We used it 3rd time now and we still finding out new things about it. Facilities are great, kitchenette is well equipped, the aircon is cold and beds are comfy. Rooms are good size, very secured and clean. Swimming pool is quite large and clean. Staff is very helpful. There is a lift, a garage and a laundry room.

Not too much for kids to do - there is no playground for the little ones or a shallow pool There could be a small paddling pool (even inflatable) for kids near the main pool, there is plenty space for it.

We loved the swimming pool. The views were tremendous from public areas. Our accommodation would have benefited from a better view but the outdoor area was large and spacious and had good shade. Great to have a lift

Sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The kitchen could benefit from more crockery and pans, a microwave would be a good investment. Bathroom was very tired and dirty with mould on the tiles and in the shower. The living area could benefit from air conditioning too given that this also doubles as a sleeping area.
