The property is well equipped and nicely designed. The host was friendly and supportive

The breakfast was too basic. The free parking is across the road and the closest pedestrian crossing is 50 or so m away. To park at the property territory you have to pay additional 5€

I loved the wise use of all the areas; we had a very nice room that I can refer to as spacious. I stayed at hotels with half the size of the room we had here for a double price. I traveled with my family. My son had a blast seeing the bed upstairs inside the room! He says this is the best B&B ever since he got to sleep upstairs :) It was safe for an 8-year-old, and the beds were very comfortable. The place was very clean, and our room was cleaned if we didn't need cleaning. We were happy with the car park as well. Our room had a view of the yard and the restaurant, but we didn't hear any sound or noise from cars or people. The room was well-insulated, I suppose. We had perfectly calm evenings. Sandro was a wonderful host. He helped us a lot with his route suggestions and nice stories. His cappuccino is out of this world! We liked it so much. He is an incredibly humble person and made our stay an unforgettable experience. We were very well received and felt at home.

We were happy with everything; I wouldn't have changed anything about this stay. Maybe we would have liked to have a water boiler in the room, but honestly, we never needed it during our 4-night stay. The stairs in our room were also safe for our family, but families with younger children (younger than 5 years old, in my opinion) might consider a regular room without the stairs.

Not really complaints but more for future travelers’ information: - check-in cannot be later than 9:30pm, and the staff is not always onsite - location is a little far from the city, but if you have a car it’s not a problem (we did Park-n-Ride at the airport then took the train to the city)

It was everything great! Very clean and well kept, we had a very restful night. The presence of the restaurant downstairs was super convenient. And what a restaurant! Fantastic seafood and pizza! The breakfast was sweet but vary varied, with juices and yogurts, and bottomless hot drinks made on the spot. The cappuccino is a must-have!

Nothing, we were welcomed very warmly, and the host was very receptive to our requests.

distance from the center (Florence)..it’s 1-2hrs because of the limited train and bus frequency; strict check in policy, which is quite understandable given the host’s circumstances (explanations) ….solution to this could be providing a lock box with a code to allow for flexibility for both host and guests in the event of difficulty to keep up with this especially since the place is far from the Florence Villa Costa bus station and the Florence center

The room was perfect for a family. The restaurant downstairs & supermarket across the street are very convenient. The staff is very friendly and supportive.

No big issues. The public transport to Florence is doable, but it takes quite some time. The room has air conditioning, but due to it size it was still very hot.

The host offers an excellent service we appreciate his attention and kindness. The room was comfortable and very clean. We would recommend this place for sure.

It’s about 20 minutes from the center but that would depend on the traffic.

Lovely countryside accommodation at a good distance from Florence (20 minute drive). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and very clean with a limited breakfast of cakes available.

Only complaint is the AC was not very efficient and the rooms were quite hot at night.

Location was good

The bathroom hot water service ran out of hot water ! The two single bed mattresses pushed together to make the double bed kept moving apart during the night and it became quite uncomfortable.

It was a very nice surprise. Room was really amazing, very clean and big. Sandro was very kind and gave us a very warm welcome. Lots of parking space at site.
