the hotel is on the shore of a lake. under a nice old (very old) village. it is worth climbing up there. breakfast was excellent in italian terms. and the dinner (in menu format) was a masterpiece, we arrived at the very last moment after the viareggio carnival.

the season! it was not warm to swim in the filled pool. have to come back

Everything is absolutely fine with this hotel , but have to mention something about the location because literally few people have mentioned this , hotel is located nearby a very beautiful village, the area is stunning, but if you don't have car you have to walkthrough quite steep road for half an hour, returning back to the place.

The staff was increadibly kind, and the food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend having dinner there. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. The lake in front is very beautiful, and overall, the hotel was perfect for our stay, and we plan to come back!

Clean and quiet room. Was OK for one night. Bed was quite comfy. Nice and polite staff. Nice location: by the lake on a steep hill.

Moderate breakfast. Shower head is fixed on the wall - so be prepared to perform some acrobatic maneuvers... Moderate renovation would be helpful in the bathroom (toilet seat). Some steep hills almost in front of the driveway/parking - so brace yourself driving the car especially at night :)

Building is old but clean and comfortable. Beds are new and relaxing. Staffs are very kind and polite

Restaurant is a little bit expensive . For example all around italy couperto is 2 euros per person here is 2,50 euros . Other prices are also a little bit expansive.

Letizia and Claudio who work at the reception were very helpful, professional and kind.

Hotel is a bit old but it was clean, breakfast was okay, but with not very wide choice of food. They should add some fried eggs, salads and also a bit of meat. Location is far If you do not have car but we did not mind walking every day.

Nice area, good location, friendly staff, perfect for a stop-over

There was a party up until midnight with fireworks, people running around and shouting all over the hotel. At least the receptionist should have mention it at check-in but they didn’t.

The location was magnificent with the lake in front of it and we also liked the rustic feel of the hotel. We stayed there on Thursday 14.07.2022 and the male receptionist was excellent and she's checking service he was also the bartender, offered to order pizza as we missed the restaurant service, and even though their hotel was not making any money from the service he served us bringing us plates knives and forks and of course we purchased beer from the hotel. After having experienced and no show great service and some unfriendliness from the more popular places in Italy whilst having paid the double the money, we thought that was a breath of fresh air. Lovely

Nothing apart from there was no fridge in the room but that's just a minor thing.

The location is off the beaten path but i well worth the diversion. There are very limited options within 50 kms and this hotel delivers a quality ray at a fantastic price. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Good parking arrangement, quiet neighbourhood and scenic setting. If we hadn’t already booked our next night elsewhere we would have stayed a second night

Leaving

Hotel is quite outdated, but for this price you wont get almost nothing better... Very good breakfast, nice and warm swimming pool, polite staff, free parking... Location is a little bit secluded, you need a car to get around. If you are not too "picky", or on a budget, then this is it.

After seeing and being in other hotels on the road throug Italy, wich were (some) much more expensive, I really cant say that I didnt like something...
