We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming accommodation nestled in the hills of Tuscany. The location was absolutely breathtaking - peaceful, scenic, and the perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature. Although it's just a short drive from Florence and very easy to reach, the setting feels like a world away from the city, offering stunning views over the Tuscan countryside. The room was exactly what we hoped for while the breakfast was generous, delicious, and offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. This place exceeded our expectations in every way, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the true essence of Tuscany!

We booked a massage in the spa and it was great. Breakfast was really good and you can enjoy it with a nice view of the hills.

Dinner at the restaurant was a bit disappointing. The food was good but it is not traditional food. Also when we ordered a glass of wine, they did not serve the wine at the table, they just brought the glass which for the level of the restaurant I expected better service.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The room was beautiful. The villa was beautiful. The grounds were beautiful. The pool and views were beautiful. The restaurant and breakfast room were beautiful. Staff at reception were very friendly, spoke English and very hospitable. Air conditioning was great - tv and lots of bench space and a cupboard in the room. Even provided a baby cot and still had plenty of space for our things. Best shower pressure in the shower. The pool area and sauna were 5 star, matched with the view we wish we stayed longer. Coffee machine in reception for only $1.50 you could help yourself all day. Restaurant for dinner was amazing

Staff were a bit flustered BUT the food was phenomenal. Just such a shame to not have an option for lunch or drinks around the pool during the day. We didn’t eat from breakfast until our dinner reservation at 8pm due to having no car and a baby. It was disappointing to see some people managed to order food on some reviews but we weren’t given that option. Besides the no lunch you can’t fault this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Tuscany. The views of the rolling hills and vineyards are absolutely breathtaking. The on-site restaurant was a highlight — every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. A perfect spot for a relaxing and authentic Tuscan experience!

The overall stay was lovely, but we did feel that the bathroom was quite small for a junior suite intended for four guests. It lacked the space and comfort we would typically expect for this room category. A bit more room or an additional bathroom would make a big difference for family.

The property is beautiful and has a great view of the Tuscan region. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room is very clean and very spacious. The pool has a beautiful view and the pool was heated, so we were able to enjoy it on a sunny day. The food is really good - our breakfast was included and we enjoyed dinner at the Villa.

Transportation - there is no public transportation close to the property. We did not have a car so it was hard when we wanted to leave the property, but the staff was very helpful with helping us figure that out. Restaurant - make sure you make reservations for dinner. Both nights they told us they were fully booked (but luckily we were able to get in). Just book ahead so you get a table.

We had an absolutely amazing experience during our stay! From the moment we arrived, Carolina welcomed us with the warmest smile and made us feel so special—it was our honeymoon, and she ensured our room was ready before check-in time. We were also surprised with a lovely welcome in our room, which made our stay feel even more personal and thoughtful. The room was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable—they really thought of every little detail. The pool and sauna were both incredible, offering the perfect way to relax and unwind. And the food—wow. Breakfast and dinner were both exceptional, with delicious options and great service. We were looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway for a few days, and this place was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, care, and a touch of luxury.

There isn’t much to around this area, but TBH we didn’t want to leave the villa.

The size of the shower.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, and I believe it looks even more breathtaking in spring and summer. Its secluded location makes it a peaceful retreat, but it also means that arriving by car is essential. The highlight of our stay was the hotel's restaurant—the food was simply incredible, the best I had in Italy!

On the downside, the reception staff was not very friendly. Given the hotel's remote setting, we expected more guidance or options and local navigation, but they didn’t seem willing to help. Additionally, the restaurant was not open at the time, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a wonderful place with great food, but service could be improved

The view was absolutely fantastic, we stayed in the tree house so had a panoramic view of the valley which was amazing. The pool and surrounding area was also lovely. Breakfast and restaurant food were delicious. All staff were attentive.

The tree house had a lovely view but was fairly basic in amenities, struggled a little with being able to open the blind without the room heating up rapidly due to it being summer and the sun position. We also had a couple of occasions were other hotel guests came up to the tree house which invaded our privacy, especially with having such large windows into the room. If you are staying for extended periods of time you would need a car to be able to get out and about, it requires 2 buses and a 30 minute walk to come from Florence train station (taxi cost roughly €100 each way). Some things listed on booking.com didn’t seem to be widely advertised in the hotel ie airport shuttle, wine tasting, cooking classes.

The heated pool (even though it was the middle of winter and the pool not fully heated, it was still lovely and warm). The sauna and heated solarium was wonderful. The breakfast was by far the best we have had so far in Italy. Walking distance to lovely family run winery, recommended by the staff.

We only booked the day prior to our stay and unfortunately the spa services were unavailable. My son was also looking forward to playing one of the two pianos but both were not in working order (ornamental only). Neither of these things diminished our stay at all and we wished we could have stayed longer!
