Location of the structure is perfect, just at the heart of the town in one of the old characteristic houses. The breakfast is good and delivered with the warmful behaviour of the host. It's a pleasure to stay at the breakfast table. For the parking we got useful tips to find some space nearby.

Small suggestions to improve might be a slight upgrading or refurbishment of some tools/accessories in the bathroom and perhaps, as for breakfast, small tasting of salted km0 products that are so abundant in that region.

This is a gorgeous property right Inside the walls of lovely San Gimignano ❤️ The rooms have such character and charm and are absolutely spotlessly clean. There is a shared dining/living area shared by 3 rooms where Mary lovingly prepared our breakfast the morning before we left to head on another leg of the via Francigena. She was soo lovely and we had a great chat about her home country, Sicily which we have visited on several occasions. Thank you Mary for everything ..we ca not wait to come back.

There was absolutely nothing to not like!

We arrived late in the afternoon and were able to pull the car in front of the hotel to drop off the luggage before parking in the remote lot. This was a great help. Even better was Vincenzo, Mary's husband, who insisted on carrying our bags up two long and narrow flights of stairs. That level of service and hospitality continued throughout our stay. Mary is a wonderful host, and made us feel like valued friends instead of customers. We loved everything about our stay here. Be prepared for stairs and an ancient building and you will feel right at home.

This B&B was the best lodging we experienced over 6 days while walking the Via Francigena from Lucca to Siena. Location is right in the walled portion of San Gimignano and you have shops and restaurants <1 min walk from the door. The rooms are beautiful with ancient wood beam ceiling and stone walls. Also very nice common area where breakfast is served and you can relax after a long day of exploring. Mary was an outstanding host--she provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and wine bars, and took our orders for a continental style breakfast the next day. The only challenge is the steps to get to the top floor but you'll get plenty of practice climbing in San Gimignano! This town and stay were the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend.

The location was convenient for touring San Gimignano. Our host was accommodating, letting us get in a bit early so we could leave our bags. The room was comfortable and eclectically decorated, as was the common breakfast area.

The “sweet Italian breakfast” may appeal to those who enjoy those options but some protein or fruit would be nice.

I loved everything about staying here. The room was beautiful, Mary was kind and attentive, and I was close to everything I wanted to see in San Gimignano. Breakfast was large and filling, consisting of fruit, pastries, juice, and coffee, among other things. The bedroom I had was very large and had its own bathroom, mini fridge, television, chair, and plenty of closet space for all of my things. Mary, the hostess, not only provides breakfast and prepared coffee for you, but she is welcoming, giving recommendations and pleasant conversation in the morning. I will be staying here any time I return to San Gimignano.

My only complaint is the two flights of stairs leading up to the B&B, but after all the hills throughout Sam Gimignano, this is hardly an issue.

B&B Le Undici Lune is an excellent place to stay in San Gimignano. The rooms are colorful, fun, and comfortable. It's definitely not a cookie-cuter lodging - located just off the main street in a building contructed in the 13th century. Our hostess, Mary, was amazing. She made dinner reservations for us, prepared a delicious breakfast, and even offered to deliver our lost luggage to us if it arrived at her place after our departure. Top marks on this B&B all around!

There was nothing not to like.

A beautiful apartment which is perfectly positioned, a few meters from the Via Francigena and main street, but in a quiet location. Mary kindly messaged us in advance to let us know that, on this occasion, she would be in the apartment from midday, which enabled us to check in early, leave our rucksacks and explore the city. An enjoyable breakfast.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Mary was wonderful and had recommendations ready for us as first time visitors. What really set it over the top was the beautiful breakfast spread she set up herself. You can tell she really cares about her guests and their comfort. I would stay here over and over if I was a frequent visitor. 10/10 recommend.

A very unique rooms in a historical house in the heart of SG. It felt like you truly traveled in time, centuries back. Expect the heating and hot water :) The stay in this place is definitely memorable and very very romantic. It lets you to experience the beauty of the town to the fullest.
