The accommodation is located in the very center of San Gimignano, and the old town center is a 5-10 minute easy walk away. The facility is very neat and clean, every day we were greeted with clean towels, made beds and a cleaned room. The building is also decorated with a beautiful garden with a beautiful view of Tuscan vineyards and olive groves. The facility also has its own parking lot. As part of the accommodation, we also had a rich and varied breakfast, which was prepared for us every morning according to our wishes by our very nice and kind owner. The coffee was great 😊, the offer of food and drinks was very rich. Breakfast is served in a wonderful pergola, which is also heated when it's cooler (we were there at the beginning of April) and you can admire the enchanting Tuscan landscape at the same time. Kudos to the owner for trying to ensure that the stay is as pleasant as possible. This location is perfect for all those who want to explore Tuscany and take daily trips because it is only an hour away from all the must visit cities (Firenze, Siena,...) and the famous tuscany area Val D’Orcia.

This B&B is all about the views which are fantastic! The covered area which is used for breakfast is lovely & the honesty fridge is well stocked & decently priced should you want to take in the views in the afternoon/evening. The owner Allessandro was extremely friendly & eager to please & the breakfasts were very good. We were able to park our motorbikes directly outside our room. Location excellent, less than 10 minute easy walk to the walled town whilst being far enough away to be lovely & quiet.

Unfortunately for visitors that are not used to high temperatures, we found the lack of air conditioning rather uncomfortable & we struggled to sleep even though we had a fan in the room. Also be aware of the detail when booking. There appears to be just one type of room available & the first photograph presented when booking is a kitchen area. Our room No 2 was as described however ie; a double room 15m square with a small fridge under the desk. No kitchen. The rooms in my view should be advertised separately in order to avoid confusion.

They gave us a huge room which had a bedroom, living room and dressing room! The place is a short walk to the town centre. Car parking is ample and convenient. The views are amazing! They grow their own grapes and olives and you can walk around the plantation. The hosts are a delight - a hot and hearty Italian breakfast prepared and served very lovingly by them. We saw the most amazing Tuscan sunrise from just outside our room!

B & B I Coppi is so beautiful. The views are magnificent and they made us feel right at home. The breakfast every morning was so tasty with home made olive oil and had at the time we requested. The little dog Argo was adorable. We would definitely stay here again. One of a kind!! The room was also very spacious and cleaned every day, very classic Tuscan style. We did a beautiful wine tour that was suggested to us and ate in beautiful restaurants.

The views are stunning, you get to have breakfast with a view, and it was the best part overlooking the vineyards and olive groves and rolling hills of Tuscany. It's about a 10 mins walk from the centre of San Gimignano, and there's even a self-service laundromat on the way, which we made use of. One staff member is particular, Guicy was really lovely and helpful. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants, and tried to get us bookings for wine tastings and cooking classes.

The bed was a bit harder than I'd like, but this seems to be customary in Italy.

I highly highly recommend this beautiful stay if you want stunning views of the Toscan countryside and 10/10 hospitality. The B&B is well situated, very close to town and super spacious rooms. The breakfast was so delicious, especially overlooking the hills. I cannot thank the hosts Alessandro and Anna enough for their hospitality- they were truly the most warm, caring and attentive hosts. I’ve been travelling Europe for almost 6 weeks now and they both made me feel the most welcomed and cared for! Alessandro was gracious enough to take me to Poggibonsi station early in the morning so I could make my flight, Grazie mille!! I would come back in a heartbeat.

Absolutely everything! The view, the breakfast, the location, and the owners were all beyond what I could have hoped for. Alessandro treated me like family––we went on a run together through the Tuscan hills that I will remember for years to come. There was never a moment that I felt uncared for or forgotten about. The view right outside your door is a stunning landscape of vineyards, olive trees and Tuscan homes. San Gimignano proper is a five minute walk down the road. As a solo traveler, this was a wonderful experience and I will absolutely be returning! If you're looking for a great place to stay (and with parking!) look no further!

Love the location and the town. It was a beautiful place to be after the busy city noise of Rome. Breakfast was very good. Servings were not really buffet style as I assumed from photos, but rather served by owners. They were wonderfully gracious and prepared an early breakfast for us on our departure day since we had to be in Poggibonsi by 9 am.

We did not have a car, so getting there was tricky - train to Poggibonsi then bus to San Gimiganno. The closest scheduled bus stop is the San Marco plaza and still is a 5-10 minute haul with bags. Although Anna and Allesandro both speak some English, calling ahead to get directions was difficult and email was answered but directions still weren't very clear. DO not use a taxi to get back to Poggibonsi! It cost us 50 euros to go 11 miles. I expected to pay 30 euros, which would have been a lot, but much easier than lugging the bags to the bus stop. It would be a great addition if the hosts offered pick up and drop off at the bus stop. Maybe most guests have a car.

Amazing location, 5mn from the center of San Gimignano by foot and there's a bus stop going to Siena in front of the house. The view is breathtaking, the room is cozy, functional and clean. The garden is big and lovely, and you can stroll in the vines. Breakfast was tasty and overlooked Tuscanian nature... It's romantic. You just want to sit, take a breath and enjoy life. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone, solo travellers, family and of course couples, and would love to come back someday. BELLISSIMO! We loved everything

Very nice host and hostess. The views are so beautiful, actually breathtaking. A fair walk to town, all uphill, not for an elderly person. Clean sheets and towels.

I don't mind sleeping on sheets a second or third night but we like fresh towels and it a little damp and the towel heater was not working so the second day I had very damp towels.
