Great location for San Gimignano and the surrounding area. Large rooms with a completely separate shower area. Good variation for breakfast where you sit semi-outside overlooking the valley. Lovely view. Good parking facility. Friendly owners.

On Booking.com it states breakfast is included, which it was when we booked, but having nothing in writing, just before leaving we were told we had to pay for our breakfasts. Somebody somewhere has got it wrong, but it means the accommodation is more than it seems.

An Absolute gem ! The place that truly made the highlight of our whole tuscany trip. Located 5 minutes walk from San Gimignano Centre, the check in is seamless and the hosts are the loveliest couple! Such a wholesome stay. The breakfast was freshly made each morning, with home made cakes and olive oil from their own olive tree plantation! Overlooking the panoramic views of rolling vineyards and olive trees. We loved our stay so much, grazie mille to the wonderful hosts !

The accommodation is located in the very center of San Gimignano, and the old town center is a 5-10 minute easy walk away. The facility is very neat and clean, every day we were greeted with clean towels, made beds and a cleaned room. The building is also decorated with a beautiful garden with a beautiful view of Tuscan vineyards and olive groves. The facility also has its own parking lot. As part of the accommodation, we also had a rich and varied breakfast, which was prepared for us every morning according to our wishes by our very nice and kind owner. The coffee was great 😊, the offer of food and drinks was very rich. Breakfast is served in a wonderful pergola, which is also heated when it's cooler (we were there at the beginning of April) and you can admire the enchanting Tuscan landscape at the same time. Kudos to the owner for trying to ensure that the stay is as pleasant as possible. This location is perfect for all those who want to explore Tuscany and take daily trips because it is only an hour away from all the must visit cities (Firenze, Siena,...) and the famous tuscany area Val D’Orcia.

This B&B is all about the views which are fantastic! The covered area which is used for breakfast is lovely & the honesty fridge is well stocked & decently priced should you want to take in the views in the afternoon/evening. The owner Allessandro was extremely friendly & eager to please & the breakfasts were very good. We were able to park our motorbikes directly outside our room. Location excellent, less than 10 minute easy walk to the walled town whilst being far enough away to be lovely & quiet.

Unfortunately for visitors that are not used to high temperatures, we found the lack of air conditioning rather uncomfortable & we struggled to sleep even though we had a fan in the room. Also be aware of the detail when booking. There appears to be just one type of room available & the first photograph presented when booking is a kitchen area. Our room No 2 was as described however ie; a double room 15m square with a small fridge under the desk. No kitchen. The rooms in my view should be advertised separately in order to avoid confusion.

Everything about this place was exceptional! From the location (5 minute walk to town), stunning 180 degree views of the most beautiful landscape in Tuscany, super welcoming and gracious hosts, delicious Italian breakfast with the most beautiful view you could imagine. You are in the country side but walking distance to town which is so rare!! Don’t think twice just book! This was by far our favourite stay in all of Italy and we are already dreaming of going back.

They gave us a huge room which had a bedroom, living room and dressing room! The place is a short walk to the town centre. Car parking is ample and convenient. The views are amazing! They grow their own grapes and olives and you can walk around the plantation. The hosts are a delight - a hot and hearty Italian breakfast prepared and served very lovingly by them. We saw the most amazing Tuscan sunrise from just outside our room!

B & B I Coppi is so beautiful. The views are magnificent and they made us feel right at home. The breakfast every morning was so tasty with home made olive oil and had at the time we requested. The little dog Argo was adorable. We would definitely stay here again. One of a kind!! The room was also very spacious and cleaned every day, very classic Tuscan style. We did a beautiful wine tour that was suggested to us and ate in beautiful restaurants.

The location of the accommodation is simply stunning. In front of your eyes the Tuscan countryside in all of its glory. San Gimignano is only 7 min by feet from the property. There is private parking area beside. Mrs Anna is an amazing host. We felt like we were being hosted by friends. As for the breakfast, it was simply amazing. Thanks a lot for this experience!

The host couple was super friendly, we really felt welcome to their lovely B&B. Great views to the Tuscan countryside and only a short walk to San Gimignano center. Also the breakfast on the terrace was great. Even though there was no AC in the room, it wasn't too hot at night, despite outside temperature of around 30 C during the day.

The views are stunning, you get to have breakfast with a view, and it was the best part overlooking the vineyards and olive groves and rolling hills of Tuscany. It's about a 10 mins walk from the centre of San Gimignano, and there's even a self-service laundromat on the way, which we made use of. One staff member is particular, Guicy was really lovely and helpful. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants, and tried to get us bookings for wine tastings and cooking classes.

The bed was a bit harder than I'd like, but this seems to be customary in Italy.
