The breakfast provided is excellent and it is part of room charges. We also had our dinner at the Hotel's restaurant which tastes localised and good but it is at slightly higher at average restaurant price. The service staff of the hotel is excellent. Despite this being a relatively old style hotel, our stay is comfortable and the cleanliness of the hotel is within our expectations. Thank you.

Breakfast was incredible! Ferruccio is an old pastry chef and cooks all the cales and desserts, which were all delicious.. there were everything needed but still as we asked for some olives, they provided quickly a truly natural green olives.. (I am an olive expert).. bed was clean, A/C issueless, large bathroom, all that I needed..

walls are a bit thin but we are a young couple not sensitive to sounds, also sound is a part of Italian culture, live with it.

* Room was tinier than expected. * Barely any wifi connection available in our room (room 16) because it seems furthest away from the router. Wifi in the restaurant/lobby was great. * Aircon was quite loud * Shower cabin was a ‘do it yourself’ kind or set up. You had to fold some screens into a cabin. Cabin was very small for this tall Dutch guy.

Piccolo Chianti is located on one of the local roads to Siena, just about 10 minutes drive from the Old Town. The hotel staff is very cordial and helpful, the room was comfortable and quiet and the property fully met my expectations. The breakfast was simply fantastic, big choice of food and fantastic cakes! There's no doubt we'll be coming again here in our future travels to Toscana!

Beautiful garden, satisfying breakfast, lovely staff, nice facilities, quiet, big clean room. Ambulance siren now and then. Wifi wasn't great on the 2nd floor. About 35 minutes walk to train station. A bit of a stretch to and from centre but bus is available. All in all a great choice and good value. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

We are Greeks and we visited the Italy for vacation. Our experience of this hotel was perfect. The room was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was perfect. The room was very clean and the hotel food was delicious!! Perfect experience!!

Exceptional staff and delicious breakfast. The room was large, and parking on site was a big plus.

Air conditioner didn't work, but this might be a regulatory issue. Nevertheless, we were a bit uncomfortable with the warmer temperature of the room in the evenings, and there were no screens on the windows, so we could open them without bugs getting in.

My first impression wasn't good because of the location on a busy roundabout with busy roads, but with the hedges and the garden we couldn't see or hear the traffic.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Room OK beside the AC not working.

We reserve room based on availability of AC (we like a cold room for sleeping) but it wasn't working in our room as it is central and was closed. Please verify with the hotel before booking otherwise you are going to be disapointed...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Water available and tea kettle in the room. Very safe parking.

No window in the room, but the door was a glass door so you still get daylight. Not a big issue.
