This Bed and Breakfast is located on the outskirts of Siena. It is an older villa that has been transformed into a BnB. The rooms are spacious and clean with daily maid service. The beds and pillows are comfortable and air conditioning easy to operate. The grounds are older but clean. The breakfast was very good with fresh pastries, cheeses, meats, hard boiled eggs and fruit from the grounds. Coffee made to order! Rita, the hostess, was amazingly helpful and attentive! She arranged, often with some difficulty due to phone lines, taxis for us into town. Although we had a car, parking in the older part of Siena is a challenge. She gave us restaurant suggestions which were great! She also contacted a winery about 40 minutes from the property and we had an amazing wine tasting and vineyard experience. The porch area was a great place for wine and snacks.

Everything was really very nice. As mentioned, the outside is older but, even as we were there, they were making improvements and cleaning the outside areas.

One of the best places we stayed in Italy. Excellent location in town but feels like it is in the country site. Very quiet and only 7 minutes by car from centre. The place is decorated with the owner soul but the cherry on the top is Ms Rita who runs it and she is very friendly and a lovely person willing to help and explain everything. Free parking on site

The room was very cozy, clean and comfy. The pillow and mattress were super comfortable for a good sleep. There is free parking at the hotel, very convenient if you come by car. The breakfast was fantastic, with a lot of food variety,nice coffee and home made cakes done by Rita which we really enjoyed. We had a warm welcome by Rita which was very friendly and make sure we had everything we needed. We really recommend the place if you visit Siena and around.

We had a nice over-night stay, with a very good breakfast provided next morning. The staff is very kind and welcoming and we are grateful for the recommendations on where to eat in Siena. The parking is outside of the fenced yard; they have several parking places on the street reserved for the guests; these are shaded. The area seems rather safe and we had absolutely no problem with our car.

Comfortable rooms with nice beds and furniture. Parking was convenient in close-by lot . Very good breakfast. And I can’t say enough good things about the staff - Rita and Julianna were wonderful.

It’s hard to say since most B & Bs in Italy require a several stair climb to get to your room with luggage. It was a short drive to Siena where finding a parking spot is an adventure.

Situated a little outside of Siena, this place is perfect for exploring Tuscany if you have a car. The city of Siena is also easily accessible by bus, nice if you plan on having a glass of wine in the evening (which you definitely should!). Our host, Daniel, was wonderful and made us smile every morning. It was so lovely that he remembered our breakfast wishes and always treated us like family, gave us tipps on what to visit and made reservations in restaurants for us.

Initially, we had a hard time finding this place, since the spot on Google maps is slightly off. Navigate to "Via Celso Cittadini, 53100 Siena SI, Italy" when you arrive.

Very cute, tidy and quiet place, tasty breakfast and lovely staff.

A lot of mosquitos entering the room even during the day. We had to keep the windows closed and use air conditioning for air exchange. A mosquito net is indispensable nowadays in places like this and unfortunately it was not there.

The highlight of this place is not so much about the place itself but the extremely kind and welcoming staff. We also particularly appreciated being handed maps of the old town with restaurant recommendations and navigation around the town. The breakfast was made with love.

The lack of diversity in the breakfast, but it was made with love so what can you say, we appreciated it for what it was.

We travelled to Siena by car, so we were happy that parking was available. The location was just a few minutes by car from the city centre. The country lodge looks beautiful, it is hard to imagine such a place is so close to the city centre. Considering the season just started and there were very few guests at this time, the breakfast was very good - had enough options to chose and everything was delicious. The hosts are extremely nice and full of helpful advice about the local attractions and restaurants. Wifi was good enough to allow streaming services.

The room could use a few more electricity plugs - these days travelers use a lot of electronic devices so it is convenient to have a chance to plug them all it, preferrably close to the bed. Some plugs also seemed to be small for regular European devices.

Not easy to find, should have checked the location better.
