We used the hotel as our base for few days in Tuscany, it was a good and quiet location, with plenty of green and nice views. The breakfast is what I expected from a typical Italian B&B: mainly sweet things as croissants and a good coffee, there was also toss with cheese, ham and salami as savoury options.

Not a big issue, but would be great to have a place in the facility where we could seat and enjoy dinner that we brought over.. we were in a family holiday and had to squeeze all in one room for that. Just a nice option for guests!

Very nice help when I came early with a dirty bike after a day in heavy rain. Great room, breakfast and personal!

This has nothing to do with the place or is not valid if you have a car, but walking to the close-by shopping centrum and resturants is on a very busy road with no dedicated space for pedetrians and feels a bit suicidal if you do not take control the cars in some way (just take you right of space in opposite direction of tbhe traffic and wave something colorful and ignore their honking, it is that or starving:-). As the street seems hard to add a side walk, the city should fix with approval and support to establish a small path the short distance from the hostel through the green area behind to acommondate not only guests but walkking in general in the area. Note that you can use delivery services though but that is not a reason to not have a social trails made.

The scenic beauty of the villa is mesmerizing. We loved a great view from our room and the Villa compound is peaceful and beautiful. Italian breakfast was provided. We liked the dining area.

The location of this stay can be the best and the worst depending upon the guest's priorities. It is far from the city center and the buses do not run at night, so we always had to return by 8 which could be inconvenient sometimes. There are limited eateries and shops nearby, so grabbing dinner is difficult too. Also, it is inconvenient for pedestrians with luggage to arrive there. It is perfect for a getaway with a car.

Great little getaway spot. Calm and tranquil setting. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Host is friendly and helpful. Breakfast each day was excellent, fresh and generous. The isolation makes this the perfect place to unwind, it’s surrounded by lush local gardens and is very relaxing.x

With the calm setting comes a bit of distance. So be aware of this. It’s about 2.3km from the train station though well enough serviced by taxis for €8 - €9. About 5km from the historic centre. There are some local shops including a grocery store and a laundromat within an easy 800m walking distance, though there are some inclines involved in the walk that may not suit anyone with mobility impairment.

Hotel looks like it's recently been renovated. Our room is very clean and comfortable. Location is very peaceful and not too far from the Siena central either. Parking is available if required. Vending machine and breakfast is also available onsite.

Underground parking/garage is quite small and can be difficult to go in and out if full of cars. However, there's an option to park just outside the garage. Also, cleaners knocked on our door at 9am to clean (which woke us up) when we are not due to check out until 10:30am.

The location was good for getting to Siena, rooms were clean, quiet and dark (window shutters). Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel. The cleaning staff was very caring and attentive, easy check-in at arrival. The room had a kettle which is unusual in Italian hotels, as well as a fridge. We slept well in this place.

The breakfast could provide more savory options for non-Italian guests who are not used to eating sweet cakes in the morning. Bread spreads, some vegetables for the sandwich would be nice, as well as eggs. The heating should be turned on as considering late October it was getting cold at night and we had to ask for extra blankets.

If you want to visit Tuscany by car, this is the perfect place to stay. It's right outside Siena, so it's not crowded. It's quiet, it has a nice view and a big parking lot. At breakfast we had a variety of things to choose from (although the Tartufone was our favourite). We appreciated that it was served starting at 7:30. The staff was attentive and nice, big thanks to them. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very clean and situated in a very quiet area with plenty of free underground parking with a lift to the rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Internet available with decent speeds. It is approximately within 15 minutes from Siena.

Bed was not too comfortable but this is a personal opinion since we are used to orthopedic mattress.

Villa Montarioso is a beautiful House in the middle of the Siena area Toscana...absolutely brilliant, the area is great, very quiet, but quite far from Siena city. And we did not have a car (our mistake 100%), so depending on the public transport (very efficient and punctual by the way!!!) is not the best way to travel to Tuscany. Apart from that, the service we had was fantastic. Specially I would like to praise and give thanks again!! to a member of the Staff, I think her name is Susanna, because on Sunday when we came back to the House after spending the whole morning in Siena, we called the taxi company a few times to go to the train station, and no taxi was available. This lady offered us a lift to the train station, as her husband and youngest son were waiting for her in the car to go home after work!!!!.. Whoa!! Amazing, please say again from me and my partner GRAZIE MILLE!! because her kindness and generosity. She is a great asset for your Team at the House!. A truly diamond! :-D

Where the House is located...quite far from Siena center, but with a car it is the best place!!. The coffee in the morning...from a machine...not the best one actually, considering how Italia is with those amazing coffees you can enjoy every corner!!

good location, quiet, just outside of Siena, 6min drive to the train station (cheap parking), 3 min to Conad, clean room and modern bathroom, soap, shampoo, nice towels, tea facilities within the room,no issues with parking (the garage has a very narrow gate, too narrow for a medium/large size car, though). I sent a copy of the documents earlier for late check in so the keys alongside the instruction were Excellent
