Comfortable beds and a sweet little patio, more quiet due to rural location. A great little getaway! I loved getting to walk and explore the surrounding area, as it feels incedibly safe and welcoming. There is a grocery store about a 20 min walk away, which was very convenient.

Sometimes noisy first thing in the morning (we were also located near the breakfast area, so that was likely the cause) no worries if you are an early (7am) riser like me! Also, the Siena train station is a 20-25 minute walk away, not the 10 min advertised.

The hotel is great. Staff are great. Room spacious with Italian style bedding. Not my preference but not a negative. Added to the experience. 😀 Bathroom super clean with great olive oil based products. But the stand out, most amazing thing about this hotel... The breakfast! Sweet baby Jesus. Continental style. They did a brown bread croissant with honey. Unreal. Then... they have Nutella on a pump, with a spear nozzle. So can just impregnate your croissant with Nutella. Best way to start a day.

Just the bedding. It's perfect and clean. I'm just more a soft duvet guy. But this is like a 0.5/10 criticism.

Comfortable room for one - I came to see a little bit of the Palio, only saw the first day when horses were selected, so I don't think it was quite as busy. The hotel is a little far from the center of town, the bus ride was a little long. Parking was great - again, not sure if it was because it wasn't too busy, but I had a spot right outside the front door. Staff were very nice.

Did not realize how far from the center it was located, but the bus stop was right in front of the hotel.

The staff was so nice, the hotel was beautiful & very clean. They have a restaurant on site, but I wasn't able to make it in.The room and bathroom was a good size and very clean!

I didn't like how you had to pay extra for breakfast; however, it was totally worth it. The food was good and they had a great selection. The air conditioning wasn't really working & we felt uncomfortable leaving the window open as we were on the first floor, so it did get a little hot in there, especially after showers.

Room spacious, comfy bed and pillows. Quiet neighbourhood, out of town, bus at the door to go to town centre, but runs only till 8pm. Did not try breakfast.

There was no electric kettle, cups or glasses in the room, when I asked for it the receptionist said “ not all rooms are provided with it”. After pointing out that it was described as provided, only then they did provide it. The least you expect from a 4 star hotel!

The hotel was very quiet. The room has shutters and is very clean. The room was made up perfectly every day. There is a good range of offering for breakfast. The buses into historic Siena run from just outside the hotel every 10 minutes.

The hotel is rather soulless: no flowers, hardly any pictures and a very basic-looking dining room with a limited menu. It caters more for the business man rather than the tourist. The breakfast offered coffee, yoghurt and boiled eggs but only one teaspoon per person.

The location is quite good, although not very close to the city center, we could walk there and back. It takes about 45 minutes. If you arrive by car, it is very easy to find the hotel. The room is good. Clean. Bed and pillows are great (for those who love them harder). The staff is great, no complaints. Breakfast is average. Not very good omlet though, but satisfactory selection of sweets. Good coffee. Very friendly girl serving breakfast. Very good dinner. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The only thing I did not like at all was the power of the water in the shower.

Very friendly staff that communicates with the guest. The staff stored some cheese that I bought in the hotel fridge and refused to store them in room fridge in order to keep them fresh as I will have a long journey. We were travelling early morning, we found 2 bags at the check out counter full of breakfast including fruits and juices. This kind of service can not be found in many hotels. Room was clean and spacious.

Only few bottles of complimentary water. Refrigerator was empty. The shower needs to have a door.

Room and hotel were clean, well furnished and generally comfortable. Similarly the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

About my only criticism is that through the stay the restaurant evening meal menu was the same every night. If this only rotated dishes say throughout a 7 day cycle it would help greatly. Don't misunderstand me the food was excellent, well prepared and nicely served, but there was a this limit to variety.

The hotel allowed us for early check-in. Very friendly staffs. Lots of breakfast options. Had to book two rooms for our family. The location is okay to us as we were driving. Good hotel for the stay in Siena/Tuscany as free parking is easy . The nearby pizza restaurant is good as well.

The hairdryer stopped working after a while. Looks like overheating.
