The location of this B&B was fabulous, very close to all the main areas in Siena. Our host was so wonderful and took the time to explain everything to us about the area, great cathedrals to visit and restaurants. She took wonderful care to ensure we were happy and provided us with great choices for a breakfast delivered outside our door in the morning.

This property is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The room is very spacious and they have fluffy towels. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We really appreciated breakfast being brought to our room each morning.I would stay here again.

If you are driving be aware that this B&B is in the ZTL and you cannot park there. The bed was a bit hard for me and there is no elevator.

The B&B is located in a strategic point, around 5min on foot to Siena's city center. Once you go through the gate facing the main road, you go into what can only be described as a safe haven away from the rush of the city. The room had a good sized bed with an en suite bathroom. We found the room and bathroom spotless clean. The bed had a topper, the mattress, and pillows were extremely comfy.

The shower box is minuscule and minimal, there was nowhere inside to put the shower gel and shampoo, apart from the upper top corners. We would have appreciated some local products for breakfast (cheese, marmalade), and even a coffee machine in the room or in the common areas available for the free use. The croissants and the bread bum seemed fresh, the rest were supermarket packed goods.

The B&B was absolutely beautiful and within a short walk into the city centre of Siena. Luciana was a wonderful host - very welcoming and kind. Unfortunately, the wifi didn't work very well with Apple products. Luciana is aware of the issue, and has had trouble getting it resolved, but besides that I would highly recommend staying here! Would love to come back one day. Thanks Luciana!

Location is perfect 6 minutes walk from cathedral. I loved how big the room is and king-size bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning is really good and rooms are very clean. Luciana is a friendly host that is very accommodating and helpful.

Google shows a bit wrong location but this has nothing to do with property rather with Italian google that is not updated :D I would suggest to not blindly follow GPS but look for street name and building number once you are close to the location.

Everything! Luciana was a very pleasant and helpful host and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and dietary needs were accommodated.

Our host, Luciana, was so welcoming and made an allowance for us to check in early due to our travel arrangements. The breakfast was excellent with fresh produce every day and the room was spotless. The location was superb and all attractions were within walking distance. Thank you Luciana for being such an attentive and helpful host.

There were no tea and coffee making facilities however that did not detract from our stay and we wouldn't hesitate staying there again if visiting Siena.

Luciana was very transparent in her communication even before arriving which was much appreciated. Everything was perfect: the room, the owner/host was very caring, and the breakfast was generous and keeping in mind your likes. It was the best accommodation around my time in Italy.

Breakfast every day was great. Room kept very clean and tended to every day by staff. Staff were nice even if there was sometimes a language barrier.

Having a bigger bin in the bedroom rather than only the bathroom would have been great as sometimes we had rubbish and couldn't put it anywhere. A kettle and tea/milk/coffee facilities in the common area or the room would have been amazing.
