The location is a great advantage of the hotel. The Hotel NH Siena is located in an exceptional location - right next to the gate to Old Town. It's great for romantic walks in Siena. The breakfast is very rich and delicious like everything in Tuscany. Every morning there is a variety of unique pastries. They are a great temptation!

The Hotel does not offer on-site parking, which is a problem for people with cars. The paid parking lots are far away and the rate is salty over 35 EUR per day. The nearby parking lot around the Stadium is quite high 2 EUR/1 hour. It should also be borne in mind that the traffic on the street in front of the Hotel is one-way and the entry to the surrounding parking lots is strangely organized. The only free parking lot near the Stadium is under renovation.

This is a beautiful hotel in the fantastic city of Siena. It is located just across from the centre, and a leisurely 10 minute walk has you at the Piazza del Campo. The rooms are spacious, although a standard triple is on the cramped size. We also had an executive double, and this was a great size. Check in a breeze, staff really friendly and helpful, and left luggage no problem.

There was no coffee machine or kettle in the standard room. We only stayed one night, so it was not a massive issue, and there was great coffee and fresh juice 2 minutes away 😄 A pool would also have been lovely...

The staff who greeted me on my arrival, Eliza, is the epitome of politeness. She was very helpful and welcoming. The room I was given was large and clean. The bedlinen was immaculate and smelled fresh and clean without that disinfected smell which hurts the nose. And the bed was just the right amount of consistency, neither hard nor soft which helps a lot for a good and restful sleep. The bathroom was also very clean and was provided with all the things you need. There were two toothbrush kit, shower cup box, a small bottle of intimate liquid soap and two other boxes I didn’t bother opening. There’s a supply of hand wash soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body soap…which is of rather good quality. And again the scent is very mild. Towels were for two people. Slippers were also provided. Room temperature is perfect. There’s a kettle with different kinds of teas, infusions, a pocket coffee and sugar. As well as one big bottled natural water As for breakfast, it had a variety of choices. Cold cuts, cheeses, hot dishes of eggs/bacon/sausages, a variety of croissants, cakes, cookies, sandwiches, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, juices and coffee and tea. It was well prepared for a balance and healthy, hearty choices.

The room was very good, some may consider it small but it was good. Initially we had a room where the window would not stay open, and A/C is off for season. But they switched rooms and all was great. Excellent breakfast, wide variety of choices. Great location. You could walk to Duomo/Il Campo in 12 minutes. We left on a holiday and buses almost non-existent. 20 minute almost all downhill walk with luggage to train station. Not bad. Mario and others at front desk were exceptional. They ever had treats/cupcakes for kids on Halloween. Bus stop out front door, grocery store, 3-4 minute walk.

I reqyested a double bed and got one. The shower had good water pressure and was hot. The hitel has a sustaiability green system. They give you a sign to put on your door to indicate you don't want new towels, bedmaking etc. If you use this, you get a free drink at the bar downstairs. You can choose between beer, wine or prosecco.

I was very close to the hotel and was havibg trouble finding it. I rang the provided number, I even had an Italian friend call the number fir me and he said it was out of service. When I finally found the hotel, with sone help from an Italian stanger, abd asked about why they weren't answering the phone. They saud, there are only two of us on the desk. We are vety busy. Not good enough, undue worry and stress for soneobe traveling.

The hotel is close to main tourist spots and has a bus station nearby which we used to travel outside Siena. The room was clean and aircon was quiet. Breakfast was great with good variety of cheese, ham, fruit and cakes. Bathroom amenities were also good and shower had strong fine jets. Very good value. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was great. Only 10 minutes walk to the attractions. The hotel does not have a parking lot, but there is free parking nearby. The breakfast was ok. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was clean, but the bed was not comfortable. 😹 My personal opinion

The suitcase stand was broken

Location is outstanding with only a short walk to everything in Siena. Very close to the bus stops, (over the road) and a short 15 minute walk from the train station. (Walk this via the shopping centre) Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Room was very clean

Water pressure in bathroom was poor as was the drainage. Electronic door lock was broken. View from the terrace/balcony was just primarily of a soccer field. Although the room was very clean, the Terrace / balcony area was very dirty, with many discarded cigarette butts.

Great location, nice room overlooking the city/sports field - the bells are good! Staff very friendly, hotel is easy to find and an easy walk to all of the main sights to visit in the town.

The bar is average - not really inviting to sit and relax to have an ed of day drink after walking around Sienna.

I thought breakfast was great. Husband wanted less carbs, more substance. Our friend had the scrambled eggs, they were cold.

I asked one of the desk people (Lin....something)if they had stamps for letter. She gave me the most condescending reply.."you buy stamps at a post office, we are not a post office!" I told her some hotels I have been in offer stamps, to purchase, as a help to customers. AND I know where stamps are sold. The day we left the young man got us a taxi, quickly. Other than the stamp ordeal, it was great.
