This was a clean room with attached bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Outside the room there was a nice sitting area. The staff was friendly, and helpful with trying to give me directions from the train station. I thought I would walk from the train station but ended up taking a bus. This is a convenient location to many places in Siena, not far from Il Campo.

No elevators, so be prepared to take the stairs. Apparently a city regulation. Getting there by bus could be confusing, but fortunately I had other travelers show me the way. I was provided a travel guide by the staff that showed the streets of Siena and had some helpful information, but all in Italian. Would have been nice if there was a similar guide in English.

The best part of this accomm is the central location. You are literally 1 minute to the supermarket, taxis, bus stop, and all the main sights to see in old Siena. Great block out curtains and comfy bed. The staff were lovely, helpful and offered a map upon arrival which saved me getting one from the information centre. ..which is only 2 minutes walk away anyway. Im a solo traveller, I felt safe , lock up on the first floor. On arrival my bags were carried upstairs for me. Thank you k

The showers are small. Not onky here I've found this in general throughout Italy , Croatia and Greece . If you are a bigger build, this room will not suit.

We were late due to a train issue, it was an extremely hot day, but the lady receptionist sorted out check-in details for us over the phone. The B&B is located in a pedestrian street close to bus stops and easy to find. The room was large and airy with good air conditioning and soundproof windows, very necessary as our view was magnificent, out over the fabulous duomo! The bed was large and comfortable. There was a coffee making machine, kettle and small fridge, with coffee and tea provided. The bathroom was fine, with a shower with good water power. Plenty of clean towels too. The location was excellent for exploring the centre of Sienna, with all the sights within walking distance and plenty of choice for restaurants and cafes. Central Sienna at night was quiet and beautiful and felt very safe to wander around. Would love to come back.

The receptionist during the day was rather offhand and busy on his computer, but this wasn't a huge problem. Other than that no issues.

I think the room I booked is the cheapest room they have, with no view or balcony, so it was quite basic as expected. But for the amount I paid, I was happy enough, and I had a good night's sleep. The location is amazing, very conveniently located to all the sites. It is in the middle of the historic area but not in a noisy stretch, so it was still peaceful and quiet. The staff are wonderful. At check in, Tomaso was ready with a list of recommended local restaurants. I tried two of them and ordered the dishes he recommended, and they were all good.

The location is superb, near the Plaza del Campo and historical attractions. It is in a picturesque and quiet courtyard where you can relax away from the bustle. The room was spacious with storage space, air conditioning, lighting and a small fridge. The bathroom had a shower unit and a mirror. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained with a sofa and additional toilet on the communal landing. Above all the staff particularly Antonio was so helpful.

Nothing to do with the property. The taxi fares to and from the station were excessive given the relatively short distance. I suggest the property seeks to negotiate a reasonable rate with a preferred firm.

The location is good, right in the old town center area. The balcony view was really great, overlooking all the many roofs and a good view of the duomo and tower. Also, close to the taxi stand, restaurants and shopping. Plenty of space in a full wall armoire for clothing. Great to have air conditioning!

The room could use updating! It was very sparse, plain and dated. There is a small desk, but not much counter space as it also has the coffee machine and houses the small fridge. The fridge leaked and the desk door was broken. Same for the bathroom, we had to put our toiletries bag on the floor. The bedroom floor was gritty; I saw the staff mop other floors, but not sure about vacuuming. The staff speaks some English, but they don’t go out of their way to offer service. Some times we came in or left and they didn’t even say hello or good bye. Skip the breakfast- it’s only continental and you can buy your own ! This COULD be a GREAT establishment with some improvements!

It was absolutely a stunning boutique hotel, the young man at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The location was spectacular, you could walk everywhere By the way it was just remodeled. I can’t write enough great things about this place and their lovely staff. I give them 100% and then some 🇮🇹👍🏾

Away from the crazy palio but close to bus station. Fridge and coffee/tea in room and access to microwave.

The shower screen was obviously not cleaned and the bedspread while clean, had faded marks and the room smelt until aircon covered the smell.

Good location, directly in the center. The reception staff was very friendly, offered to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

The hotel really pulls you in with the rooftop view, however our room was in the basement with a lovely view of a wall. Catfish? If you were wondering why there are no pictures of the breakfast, let me tell you. Breakfast is also held in the basement in what i would imagine an old conference room looks like. The selection is sad and the whole experience was awkward. One staff member was watching us constantly as if we were going to steal the bread we were paying for. Kind of ironic being that they call themselves a B&B.

They let us store our bags when we arrived in the morning, then when our room was ready in the afternoon carried our bags up for us! The location was excellent. We came back multiple times as we enjoyed the sites. Also very close to the bus station which we took after we checked out. We arrived by train which we walked from and was glad there was an escalator for most of the climb. Easier to take the bus from the train station.
