This hotel was a delight. Located in the historical center, within Siena walls, you can stay in a cozy boutique hotel with few rooms, amazing decoration, while still having well-equiped and modern rooms. We stay for one night and left craving for more, as they offer amazing breakfast, location and accomodation. If you're traveling by car, they offer a valet and garage service for an extra fee, but that works really well.

I believe the staff could be a little more gentle, sometimes while dealing with the reception we felt as like we were bothering by asking for simples services such as checkout and to have our car driven around.

The room was well appointed and set up for 4 guests. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Location was perfect. It was great to have a valet service for our car who dropped us and picked us up at the hotel.

Temperature of the room. It was extremely warm (even though it was cool outside) and it was impossible to get the sleeping areas cool enough to comfortably sleep.

Great location as it's an easy walk to the campo and duomo as well as the entire historic center. Room was very nice, not cramped at all with a large bathroom. The AC came in very handy our last couple of days as it was in the upper 80s. Breakfast was fantastic as everyday they had various types of cornettos as well as other pastries, cold cuts and cheese, yogurt, fruit, eggs and "italian" bacon plus made to order coffees.

Only downside and it really wasn't that bad was that we overlooked the bus terminal for the historic center and were above a restaurant making it a bit loud to open windows in the evening. Since the room had AC this wasn't a deal breaker by any means.

The room and building were breathtaking, spacious and with wonderful attention to detail. It is perfectly located within walking distance of the station and the major tourist sites. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly and when there was an issue with the bathtub immediately helped to resolve the issue. Truly excellent from beginning to end.

A secure hotel centrally located, meticulously clean and well-appointed. Our room at Relais degli Angeli was the most romantic place we stayed in all of Italy. Gorgeous frescoes on the wall and ceiling with beautiful antiques and private balcony overlooking a town square. We totally felt like it was a little slice of heaven. The hostesses at the front desk pampered us and made us feel so welcomed… provided complementary Prosecco and roses for our anniversary. They arranged our dinner reservations and called a taxi when we needed to be picked up. It was like having a personal concierge service. All the facilities were elegant and comfortable and the breakfasts were tasty. We highly recommend this gem!!

Big enough and Gorgeous room with cozy atmosphere that actually was even better than the good photos they provided on the listing. Jacuzzi was something extra-ordinal, amenity, equipment was all good. Direct access to the big balcony was also nice. we wondered about the distance from city centre however we found it is 7 minutes walk with many attractive shops on the way. I only rate 10 when I really think I want to come back to stay at the same hotel even there are bunch of hotels in the end but this is the one that I really want to come back.

The adjustment of heating was a bit difficult. we thought we turned on the heating but a non-warm wind came out with a noise so we kept turning off that was not a big problem. Our room located just next to the breakfast place that means when we open the door, everybody is eating there that was a bit weird, again not a big problem at all.

Our room was quiet and private. The young lady at the desk is very helpful and kind. She handles so many things all at one time. The breakfast was delicious. The arrangement with the valet garage is exceptional. The gentleman that worked the garage even came to get us once when we got lost. That is absolutely amazing. If you want to travel to the small towns near Sienna this is a fine option. The AC worked great. Housekeeping did a good job. I will admit we are used to staying in Five star hotels. This is a 3 star hotel that is well run and works well for what we needed for 3 nights.

The sheets are not soft and the bed is quite firm. I think changing the sheets to softer ones would go a long way. The furniture in the room is very basic. There is a lot of storage in the hall. With a little upgrade in the sheets and some furniture replacement this place could really shine even more than it does.

Location was absolutely perfect for all attractions and restaurants and within walking distance of train station. The suite was airy and spacious right at the top. We had a walk in clothes closet which felt like complete luxury after living out of a suitcase for days. The breakfast had a good selection and was very well presented.

Because our suite was at the top it was very warm. It would have been good to have coffee facilities in the room rather than going all the way down to reception to make a drink. The building is beautiful yet the bedding and furnishings were outdated and didn’t fit the style of the rest of the hotel.

Location was just perfect. We had a car and they arranged a valet parking just in front of the door, very convenient. You just have to ask the front desk for your car 30 minutes in advanced. The service is paid cash directly to the garage. Very friendly and useful staff, greater breakfast. In the dining area there is outdoor patio which looked great, but we couldn't use it because it was raining. The room had a very good size with a nice bathroom.

Our room faced a busy street and there was a restaurant that was playing loud music until 11pm just right out our window.

This place was perfect in the old city of Siena. They left us some adorable decorations in our room for our honeymoon and the receptionist was so sweet when she showed us to our room. Breakfast was amazing and if you have your car, the valet service with the local parking service is absolutely worth the money! Siena is a gorgeous city and we can't wait to come back!
