Position is perfect, very close to the escalator of san Francesco (but the parking is very expensive there) there is a discount code through the B&B. It’s just off the high street and it’s very central without being in an overly high footfall area, and it’s just in front of the best ice cream shops in siena ;)

Stairs. Very top floor and narrow stairs, although it was mentioned in the advert, we overlooked it and did not pack light, so that’s on us.

Very central location with good cafes and restaurants close by. Very helpful host who spoke good English. Beds were made and room cleaned every day. Comfortable and well equipped. Small kitchen which we could use.

The room was at the top of the tall building which meant climbing up several flights of stairs. Ok for us With a lot of luggage and less mobility, this would prove difficult. However an old narrow building so no alternative. I am not sure if stated on description. Had good rooftop views though as a result. Room was at the front and could be noisy, but again, to be expected with central location. Other places would be the same.

Location, location, location Laundry, carefour, restaurants all in a 100 meters. Sightseeing also nearby. Top location. Reasonable price.

Smaller bathroom giving light in the room (strange) noisy street, but hey you are near the center so not to be unexpected 😉 The 4th floor with uneven steps is not for everyone.

Joya, our host was amazing. The apartment was more than we expected. So cute with a beautiful patio. The hospitality offered by the family owning this B&B was definitely above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again! It felt like home away from home.

This B&B has a fantastic location, right in the centre of Siena, at a 5 minutes' walk from Piazza del Campo. The rooms are simple (as shown in the pictures), but quite spacious. The AC works well and the rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There is no lift (as indicated on Booking, so it's not a surprise), so it's a bit of a climb to the fourth floor.

fantastic location, on a lovely street with cafes and bars right downstairs - only a couple minutes from the main cathedral and busy streets but also far enough away from the crowds to give you a bit of peace and quiet after exploring the fantastic town Siena. I would definitely recommend staying here

if I had to say something, it could do with 2 pillows per person

Cleanliness.

The ventilation system- during the night was extremely noisy. I m not sure where it was coming from, but it was unbearable.

Gioia was incredibly helpful. There were difficulties when she arrived that were not her fault and she went out of her way to fix them for us, and to put us at ease and make us feel looked after. The room was on the top floor of a building in the Civetta contrada so very close to the Campo, beautiful view, breezy and light.

Great location, and the view is exactly as pictured! Joy was very helpful with directing us to free parking and flexibility in checkout time!

The walls are a bit thin, so you may hear your neighbors. This is just a reality of staying in a medieval building though, and wasn't a big deal!
