We really liked the shared kitchen and dining area and all the thoughtful extras provided there. It was really well equipped with kitchen equipment, crockery, and a Nespresso machine. There was a dining area inside and outside in the courtyard. The lovely couple who run it are excellent. They are great communicators, very friendly, and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after checking out, which was wonderful. Our room was clean and comfortable, we really appreciated the air-conditioning in the room as Siena was extremely hot. It was great value for money. We very much recommend this accommodation.

I booked a single room - yes, the bed was a single and exactly as expected. Le Lupe has 5 rooms in a building that you access via an exterior door, go upstairs and through the green door to Le Lupe into a common area for dining/kitchen and the bedrooms are off a corridor beyond that. Clean, comfortable, a lovely terrace overlooking parts of Siena. Good shower, bathroom compact as with most of Italy but fine. Tea and coffee making facilities plus a fridge and also Constanza left a couple of home-made cakes for me on arrival. A few initial issues with wifi, but these were quickly sorted by Costanza. Wifi was fast. Easily accessed by bus from the station - 3 stops (or a 20 minute walk uphill). Easy walk to the centre of the old city. Instructions for accessing the building and room were really clear and included videos. Definitely recommend staying at B&B Le Lupe

My room was very clean and pleasant with a nice view over the city suburbs from the balcony.

Having to walk up two flights of stairs with an injured knee was tough for an octogenarian, as was the 20cm step up into the bathroom. There was no luggage rack so I brought in the balcony table as a substitute; when will owners learn that travelers like to use a simple luggage rack! It was too far to walk from the train station in the heat but I did the 30minute walk to the cathedral twice.

Located halfway between the railway station and the centre. Quiet single room with air-conditioning, ensuite shower/toilet and a cute little balcony with a view. Room had a mini fridge, kettle and I was left some lovely cakes on my arrival. Owner was happy for me to leave my bags on my last day until the afternoon.

B&B is available for a supplement paid in advance.....looked like a nice spread, although as is the tradition in Italy, very heavy on the sweet offerings!

While the room was generally clean, there was an open bar of soap in the bathroom, most likely left by the previous guests. There was also a bit of dust in some of the areas of the room.

The best plus of my room was that it had a balcony! It also had a fridge, kettle, and hairdryer. There was a full kitchen available. Room temperature was not warm enough for me, but I’m from south Florida and 60F is cold. As for location, it was a hike to Il Campo and Duomo, but 10 minute walk to bus depot. Easy to get to from train station.

Great value. Large room close to all the action in Siena. Excellent private bathroom. The shared kitchen facilities had everything we needed. Constanza gave us an upgrade at no extra cost and there was a facility to leave our bags after the check out time, so we could see more of the city before we caught our train to Firenze. Only 15mins walk to station.

Poor wifi

Great place to stay and enjoy Siena. Close to all major tourist attractions, restaurants and bars. The room is nice, clean and comfortable. We have received thorough guidance on how to reach and access the apartment. Beautiful view from the balcony. If you are with a car, there are couple of nice parkings in a few minutes walking distance. Enjoy your stay!

Very central location, easy walking distance to centre of town. Check in process was easy, and very helpful with the videos sent through prior to check in to ensure I was at the right door. Room was very spacious and great with a baby & toddler.

Although there is parking available on the street, it was impossible to find a park nearby, we ended up finding a park about 400 m away.

The room was a really good size, with a nice clean bathroom and powerful shower. Bed was large and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was an unexpected joy, even if it was too hot to sit outside beyond about 9am! Good location just within the city walls, and communication from the owner was perfect. The lady cleaning the rooms was very friendly and allowed us to store our luggage after check-out, we spoke very little of each other's languages but were able to make ourselves understood!

Perhaps a few more coffee pods available for the stay would have been good as I don't think we had enough to last us, but maybe we drink more than average. Otherwise can't think of anything else I would have changed.
