Very good location, very close to escalators leading to the duomo as well as an uphill walk to the main Piazza. Breakfast served directly to the room is a nice touch. Water available from a dispenser just outside our room was also great.

It’s our first time in Siena so may be difficult to judge, but we felt it was slightly inconvenient to get to the property for car drivers given the property is in a limited traffic zone, so every time we need to drive in to drop or load luggage, we need to communicate closely with the management in order to avoid fines. Nothing that wasn’t communicated well in advance, but just not ideal. Check in time could also be more flexible, as we’ve been travelling to B&Bs throughout Italy for weeks and this was the only property that imposed a strict checkin time of 3pm. Lastly, the property could benefit from a few small touches, such as providing free hotel slippers.

The staff were very helpful . Breakfast was served in the room at the time we wanted. Great selection. Room cleaned in the morning when we went exploring. Simone was most helpful when our sat nav went haywire and came out to find us. We were so close to the shops near the escalators if you couldn't manage the hill. Great eating place round the corner would recommend..simone had suggested a few places too. Great places in town shops bars/resteraunts .very near the piazza. You could use the fridge in the kitchen area and make tea coffee when you liked. Very clean room with a comfy bed and pillows. Was able to contact Simone if there were any issues. 10/10

Would have been good to have Netflix or you tube channels on tv. But small issue (wasn't there to watch telly).

The location was fabulous - right next to the escalator up into the city. And to have private parking in Palio week was such a bonus. We felt super lucky to have found this place. The initial communication was a little confusing with incomplete answers to my questions but the day before arrival Simona got in touch and couldn't have been more helpful. Super helpful video to explain the parking situation and personal meet and show-round.

The master bedroom upstairs looked lovely but it was a bit hot as the airconditioning struggled to work with such a big roofspace I think... But that was a minor detail for a one night stay. The sleeping arrangements, bathroom and kitchen area were all perfectly fine. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Everything! It was lovely! The location was perfect! We were supplied with toiletries, towels and a few other things with generosity and kindness! Simona and her staff were so helpful and willing to make our stay great~ which they did! Our apartment was a great size, so beautifully decorated, supplied kitchen essentials and great bathroom! Perfection! 🥰

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very responsive! Great location in terms of being near the escalators up! Clean facilities with fresh towels every other day or so. Comfortable beds, nice bedding and good size room - especially by European standards. We were initially put off by the tiny, dark kitchen, but it had everything we needed and turned out to be quite practical. Would definitely recommend! Can not say enough nice things about Niyeret’s kindness and attention! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The ground level room can be a little noisy because of people walking by and street traffic - especially if you are used to having windows open (earplugs helped a lot). It would have been nice to have known that there is an additional €7/day room tax. Parking for €15/day was no problem, but these last two fees had to be paid in cash. Having benches on a patio outside the bathroom was a great place to sit in the sun or have a picnic, but a few times there were others hanging out there drinking beer, etc. They were, however, respectful when we let them know we were settling down for the night and moved on. We were lucky enough to encounter nothing but lovely and courteous Italians!

The location, easy to get in the old town center. We had a room with a very nice view, also. There is a public parking close to the location and also a small free parking. If you have an electric car there is charging point. There is an escalator which facilitates the access to the old town center. The communication with the property is very good.

The location, inside the old city walls, was excellent, especially with the escalator to the centre so close by, even if getting to the right spot and dealing with the car was initially a little confusing. In the end the adjacent parking - 15 euros - was really convenient. Interestingly breakfast was served in the room, but was exactly as ordered and very copious. The host was really friendly and kind. Room was a very good size and plenty of little extras.

Beautiful property. Very clean. A huge range of amenities. Lovely welcome. Beautiful views. Highly recommend & would stay again.

It was quite loud outside at night, especially with crowds of people gathering on the balcony downstairs. We unfortunately had a group of teens brawling on the balcony below our window which was kept us awake with all the screaming. Perhaps more sound blocking glass or thicker curtains?

Very good location, close to historical objectives. A bit complicated with the parking, but the host gave us all the indications necessary. As we had to enter the LTZ area to drop off and pick up our luggage, we hope their system to inform authorities works well. Good breakfast offered in the room.
