A fantastic hotel, which is of course also due to the location and the general design, but above all thanks to its staff. From the moment of booking we had a very good contact and questions were answered quickly. Also on site, and even after the visit, the contact has been great - I left my favourite summer shirt in the room in a hurry, and the reception employee called me as I was on my way to Rome and is now arranging for it to be sent by courier to my Polish address. As for the location - about 7 minutes walk to Porta Camollia. Very good standard, rooms cleaned daily. Nutritious and varied breakfasts. A place to really recommend.

The room was comfortable, clean and we were able to sleep well thanks to effective aircon. The staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. The bar area was a welcome place to sit when returning from the city and the hotel is an easy walk from the centre of the old town. Would happily stay here again .

Breakfast was ample and varied but a bit busy as the hotel was full. The layout made it tricky to get at the coffee etc and you often had to squeeze past tables to get to the serving area. It was good to have soya milk on offer but it wasn't marked so you had to ask each time which one to use. Couldn't see much of a range of vegan options other than bread rolls and cereal.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Location was fine etc.

I felt I had to work towards securing the right accommodation, although I admit it was a little complicated with one 2 night prepaid room cancelled for Health reasons. Because I booked this and prepaid -by mistake with Booking.com there was no refund. I requested to use one of her bookings for another friend seeking an extra night. Despite paying for the two superior rooms, one not used I was allocated a dark and smaller room facing the street and my friend a beautiful room at the back etc. Despite the confusion, I think the staff did what they could to assist.

A really affordable stay that included a breakfast that I would gladly be happy to wake up to every day! Great variety of foods, snacks and drinks. The location is just a short walk away from the old town and an elevator up/down makes it easy to reach from the bus/train terminal!

The main fault for me was just how loud everything was. I could hear other guests in the hall, opening and closing doors or in the next room, and once even their alarms! I could hear dogs paws on the floor outside my room and sometimes street noise as well. Maybe it’s was just where my room was located, but outside of this it was a great stay!

Everything was excellent! We have stayed in about 6 different places this past month in Italy and it is by far the best! Breakfast was wonderful with a good assortment of choices, including eggs, bacon, pancakes, yogurt, fruits and croissants 🥐 The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating Our room was spacious and clean, as well the bathroom had a very large shower. Location was super being just to the east of the station entrance on the Main Street going into the main gate into the old walled city. Thoughtful added perks are slippers, cosmetic kits, shower caps, and toiletries. Definitely worth the stay here!!

The room was a bit stuffy but remedied by keeping the window slightly ajar.

Great location 2 minutes from the top of the escalators from the train station , and from the bus stop to/from San Gimignano. Short walk to the old city walls. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bar room with sofas. Comfy bed but very thin pillows. Great shower. We extended our stay by an extra night!

Pillows weren't good. On our last night we could hear a lot of talking and general noise from next door until almost midnight, the walls seemed very thin .

Breakfast was delicious, staff was incredibly nice and offered us a map and recommendations on how to explore the old city once we walked in the door! The room was beautifully decorated and quite comfortable. Its location was perfect for walking into town for the day and eating and the delicious nearby restaurants (or quickly running to the grocery store) at night.

The noise bleed between rooms was quite pronounced, especially on a busy night. We used a white noise maker through the night to drown it out which did work quite well. Mind your volume on behalf of the other guests!

The localization of the hotel is superb - it is less a 5-minute walk distant from the main train/bus station (the only thing you have to know is that you must reach level 2 of the shopping gallery located in the train station area and then choose stairs or an escalator) - I guess a taxi journey would take a bit longer. It is also close to Camollia Antiporte where your journey to the medieval Siena may start. A bus stop for local and intercity (e.g. San Gimignano or Florence) buses is also close. Although the street may be a bit noisy, we almost did not hear it (our room was located in a side building). The room was quite comfortable for 4 people and three suitcases, although, truly speaking, we did not spend too much in it. The breakfast is served in a main buidling and it is delicious - especially the cakes and croissants. I was personally fond of orange juice - perfectly balanced between being sweet and sour. The staff was very kind and really helpful. And last but not the least - there is a chance to use a swimming pool located in another hotel - a valuable option in summer - although we did not use it (5 days is not too much time). I do sincerely recommend.

Beautiful traditional room, very clean and spacious, the bathroom as well. All the staff very helpful and smiley. Really nice breakfast and the staff asked us if we are done so as to empty the buffet, they didnt act like robots as in other hotels, where they empty strictly at ending time of the breakfast. Last but not least, the hotel is perfectly located near the old town by foot, and next to the train/bus station. The best choice in Siena!!

Everything was more than perfect:)

The room was spacious, the bathroom had a tub (!), and the double bed comfortable. Breakfast was generous and yummy. Short walk from the escalators in the mall across the train station, leading to the historic part of the city; no trouble to find at all. All the sites are about a 20-minute walk away, easy and pleasant in the cold weather. Also, they gave me a recommendation for lunch in the city that was not too touristy and delicious, La Taverna del Capitano. There was a short power outage in the middle of the night ONLY IN MY ROOM, however, which I had to go down to reception to report, since I had my gadgets charging; probably a blown fuse? Otherwise, I would stay here again in a heartbeat; one night was certainly not enough.

Just that power outage for the night, which was weird and a hassle. But I would definitely book here again.
