Nice location, not far from the city center by car. Very friendly staff that provided us with detailed instructions regarding our visit in Sienna. Typical Italian breakfast (we would appreciate a greater variety in savory, but that's just a detail, we liked it after all). We really appreciated their response (no charging) to last-minute changes in our plans.

Our rooms were in the first floor but we had no view at all to the street or the beautiful yard of the apartments (windows were placed too high in the room without direct access, you could open them through a mechanism)

Very welcoming, super clean property with parking next door, conveniently located less than 1Km from train station, so very easy to park at the station and reach the center in a very convenient way. The host was very welcoming at the reception, and the lady preparing and serving the breakfast was exceptional, you can notice that it does her job from the heart!!!! Cold and hot drinks available from vending machine as well.

It is a very sweet b&b with all the facilities which make your stay comfortable and give you the sense and the aroma of Tuscany. It is very near to the center of Siena.Stefano and Anna are exceptional hosts and they gave us so much information where to visit in order to see the best places in Tuscany!! I highly recommend it!!!

Breakfast was nice, we had a croissant, some smaller bits and coffee. Our host was very lovely. It was a good hotel with parking and a safe place to leave your car if you are driving. It was around a 45 minute walk to Siena historical town and along a main road so I would suggest driving. Our host gave us a map and pointed out free places to park nearby which was helpful. The rooms and bathroom were okay - good size, comfortable and clean.Tea and coffee facilities available in a seperate communal area which we didn't use.

Location was handy to walled city, about a five minute drive to car park below city. Receptionist was very helpful with things to see in the area Nice breakfast.

Shower , good size but shower head not so great. No lift BUT one is being installed and I think usable in next couple of weeks.

I found the property perfect for my needs more like a hotel than bed and breakfast, breakfast was substantial and the variety very pleasing Maid cleaned the room every day and fresh towels every day Also the most friendly staff which made the stay a very pleasant and enjoyable experience

The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. She even asked me whether I would like to have my breakfast with salted or sweet items. The next morning I had a delicious breakfast there.

There was some construction going on during the day I arrived.

Great place to stay. Good amenities. Nice kitchen to do basic heating, boiling water,. The balcony is the highlight. So photogenic. We took many photos there. Loved the guy (I think he is the owner). Very good feeling. Thank you for makng our stay memorable. Ample parking. Restaurants nearby. Supermarket nearby.

From the welcome to the fond farewell, the staff is 5⭐️ The room was spotless and fairly newly redecorated. There’s a lovely balcony and common rooms. The breakfast is very good!

Nothing to do with the property…. Bus drivers are a tad temperamental on the lines that take you to inner Siena

The private parking is available in front of the property, which is really convenient. We were greeted by a friendly gentlemen who gave us great advise how to visit the city. Location was perfect and the room was even better.

Breakfast was modest and consisted of pre-ordered items which we had to choose on the spot upon check-in and we had little time to think. The price for the room was above average but we were upgraded to a room with balcony, so everything was perfect!
