The property is beautifully designed with great attention to detail. Maurizio was so friendly. He met us at the appointed time and explained everything and gave recommendations for local restaurants and cafes. Well stocked kitchen area for self-service breakfast. We had the room with balcony which was a lovely peaceful place to eat breakfast and to chill with coffee and their beautiful orange cake after a busy day sightseeing.

Great place to stay in Siena. Maurizio could not have been more pleasant or helpful and met us on arrival. The location is is excellent (an easy walk to everyhing in central Siena) so it was a fantastic base for us and we could easily go in and out during the day if we wanted to leave or collect something from the room. We had the larger room option, and so had the benefit of the small balcony and we would recommend choosing that room, if you have a choice. Breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of choice and even an excellent cake. We would definitely recomment to friends and family looking to stay in Siena. My boyfriend and I arrived earlier than the check-in time, and Maurizio was kind enough to let us leave our bags early so we didn’t have to carry them around. A lovely apartment with a private bathroom and a kitchen we shared with other guests. Great breakfast options and very tasty cookies that were always available (rumor had it they were baked by Maurizio’s wife). Maurizio is incredibly friendly, service-minded, and gave us lots of great advice on what to see and do in Siena. It’s always a pleasure to meet people who are passionate about what they do, and Maurizio is truly one of them. He genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. If you're planning to stay in Siena, I can highly recommend this accommodation!

The "art deco" decor was fresh and appealing and everything new and very clean. Owner Mauricio's enthusiasm for the place was contagious and he went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is just a few steps away from the hustle bustle of the main streets and therefore peaceful, and we enjoyed the little balcony attached to our room with the view of the Sienese rooftops. Also just short distance down the street is the series of six long escalators that will take you up to the level of the Duomo. We used them a lot! Siena is very hilly!

A beautiful interior imbued with wonderful sense of design and attention to detail – a nice balance between the old and the new. And in a great location offering a quiet retreat just a few minutes from the Piazza del Campo. Maurizio was a friendly and helpful host with good suggestions for navigating the city, finding places to eat etc. Good coffee and a nice breakfast with extra touches like a cake to make one feel at home. It was a delight to stay in a place in which so much heart has clearly been invested.

The location was amazing and Maurizio went out of his way to send videos to ensure we made it safely as well as tons of recommendations. The homemade pastries were delicious and the fridge was stocked with plenty of snacks, including cheese and non- dairy creamer which I appreciated. This B&B was our favorite out of 4 places we stayed throughout our trip. The bed also was extremely comfortable! We went to a larger hotel in another city after this one and immediately regretted not staying at this B&B longer as it was the best stay!

This was literally the best accommodation of my life. The room was spacious, so well decorated and with a super comfortable bed. The shower had led lights and don’t even get me started with my own private breakfast experience at the private balcony 😍 on top of all of that, the food available for breakfast was a delight (literally had the best carrot cake of my life). As if this alone wasn’t enough already, I became great friends with the BEST host I’ve ever met. Maurizio went above and beyond for me as his guests. He sent me so many videos, messages and audios via WhatsApp explaining in detail how and where to park my car, how to open the doors with his keys, how to use the coffee machine and many more. I’d like to stress out that all of these details are often things that aren’t necessarily and that hosts generally don’t do. Maurizio did so so much even though he trully didn’t have to! Showing his upmost commitment in making his guests feel comfortable and being available at any time. Just staying here for one night and meeting Maurizio was enough to make me want to return to Sienna, I completely and utterly felt at home away from home. If I could rate this place and 11/10 I would. Thank you once more my dearest friend Maurizio, may we meet again. ❤️

Everything was wonderful!! The host, Maurizio, was warm, kind, welcoming and so helpful! He gave me a city map and pointed out locations of attractions and gave recommendations of great places to eat. He offered me a coffee and some cake (so delicious) upon arrival and as a solo traveler made me feel so safe and welcome. The space is beautiful, clean, and had everything I needed. The spa shower was so relaxing and bed very comfortable - I slept so well (my best sleep of the trip so far). It was also very quiet. The location is perfect - very close to the main tourist attractions but away from the crowds of tourists. By far the best place I have stayed!

Great location, just a short walk (150 m) from Piazza del Campo but in a very quiet neighborhood , and close to Parking Santa Caterina. The host, Maurizio, arranged the permit to enter the ZTL zone to drop our luggage and to easily access the Santa Caterina parking. Excellent communication with the host. Maurizio and Adriano sent us very clear instructions on how to access the premises. The room was spacious, very comfortable and nicely decorated and everything was extremely clean. Beautiful view overlooking the tower of the Duomo. There is a cute and welcoming space for breakfast with a small kitchen with everything you need to have breakfast (cheese, cold cuts, yoghourt, milk, etc…) , coffee machine and delicious homemade cake by Glenda. Wonderful hosts, cozy room and top location ….that’s why we highly recommend staying at Fonte Gaia experience

The locations is excellent, near the Campo but off the beaten track in a residential neighborhood and very quiet. The accommodations are extremely well done with amazing attention to detail: beautiful tiles and wall coverings, excellent lighting, good mattresses, a really well-done bathroom, and in my room, a walk-in closet for stashing things out of the way. I especially appreciated the communal lounge, which provided another place to work, relax, and enjoy takeaway meals. Maurizio is hospitable by nature and his friendly presence really enhanced the stay. I look forward to a return visit.
