Casa Certosa was an exceptional B&B experience. Location is just outside of Siena, convenient for many daytrips to Siena and surrounding towns and wineries. Restaurants are within a short drive. B&B is immaculately clean. We had a room with a balcony and a clear view of Siena in the distance. Many hours were spent on the balcony. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with nice linens and pillows. Breakfast was very good with changes daily. The hosts, Nada and Carlo, were the highlight of the stay. They were friendly, helpful, responsive to our needs and very welcoming.... I can't say enough. Great people.

We liked everything.

The bedroom and bathroom was clean and comfortable. Nada and Carlos were very welcoming and accommodating, even though I arrived late in the evening due to travelling hiccups and were attentive throughout my whole stay. I was at a conference at Pontinago di Certosa for a few days and unfortunately no longer had a hire car booking when I arrived in Florence, but Nada very kindly offered to give me a ride each morning, which was above and beyond the level of care I was expecting. The breakfast was good, and my food requirements were catered for too which was great. I highly recommend staying at this B&B in the future when visiting the Sienna area. It is rather remote (which can be part of the charm if you want stunning views in the morning), so do have travel arrangements in place when visiting.

We stayed here for one week. It was a super relaxing start to our holiday. Made possible by Carlo and Nada who are both so friendly and made us feel at home. The B&B is located in a beautiful area. You can enjoy the view from the garden or explore all the small villages. I took my road bike with me and I could store my bike in the basement and clean it in the garden.

The breakfast is fantastic! Nada prepared an Italian-style breakfast of course since we are in Italy. Everything is so nice and fresh. you feel it's a very cozy place like your 2nd home in Italy. Nada is very hospitality and helps with everything you need. I felt so warm when I stayed at hers. Thank you for this. Nada. This place is amazing, it's located outside of Siena, so you can only go by car. it's in a quiet neighborhood outside of the city and you enjoy the quiet countryside of Italy. which is the reason I choose this place. This is def a place I would recommend if you want a quiet Italy stay. This is the place for you if you are near Siena.

We really enjoyed staying at this B&B. Everything was perfect, the location is very close to Siena, the breakfast was amazing and the host Nada was a wonderful person. If you want to have an experience outside the center and in a divine place, then you need to stay here.

The price for the rooms could be raised a little and then serve a breakfast which lasted a little longer. Some cheese, eggs, an omelette, meat and Italian bread. We did ask for this the day before leaving and for a small amount they made the best breakfast we have had in Italy.

The room is comfortable and very clean, the hosts are marvelous, very welcoming and very accommodating, for every need. Carlo's baking in breakfast and Nada's smile gives you a wonderful start for every day. The bed is comfortable, and ao is the shower. The view of Siena and the vineyards from the balcony is gorgeous. And the garden is full of lovely anemones and orchids. I don't think we could ask for more!

It was a part of heaven! It was a really perfect experience! There was nothing to nag about! Nada and Carlo were really helpful and kind. They provided me with tons of information and they helped me a lot! The breakfast was super excellent. Containing even homemade muffin! Everywhere was shiny and clean. Very Very Very clean! The location was really beautiful and adorable. The room was nice and cute. I really suggest you all stay there as long as possible. Everything was simply great! I cannot really believe it! I will definitely get back there again!

Nada and Carlo were very attentive hosts. Furthermore the room was very clean and the breakfast was more than sufficient, From the house you have a nice view to Siena and on the surrounding vineyards. To visit Siena, you need a car, because there are no really bus options to get to the city.

Everything was so wonderful. Nada and Carlo are the most gracious and genuine hosts I have ever met, in every way. The breakfast was great, and they were accommodating for everything -- breakfast preferences, anything logistical, and anything to make everyone comfortable. The property is also beautiful and peaceful, and there is fresh air all over the house because of the big doors out to the terrace. They both went absolutely above and beyond for me, and I am forever grateful.

There is nothing that I wish had been different. One thing to note is that it is difficult to get into the town of Siena without a car. There is a bus that runs, but it is infrequent and stops running in the evening. Carlo was very kind and drove me there a few times, but he should not have to do that. It is definitely preferable to have a car.
