The location is very lovely. Parking is easy, pool is so peaceful and comfortable, lots of friendly cats and dogs on-site and the staff help you carry luggage to the accomodation via a golf cart which is very fun :) They also hosted a wonderful bbq on one of the nights which was a great activity. The accomodation seems to be family run which is also great to see and support!

The sink in the bathroom didn't work too well. We also had a bug problem however the staff were very quick to rectify it. Bath towels are not exchanged unless you sleep 7 nights which is a bit too long especially in summer when you take frequent showers. All in all though, we still liked it a lot.

A stunningly beautiful place perched atop a hill, offering breathtaking views in every direction. The buildings recreate an ancient village and are exquisitely designed. The service is excellent and welcoming, with the ladies in the dining area being especially wonderful. Breakfast is delicious, with a different fresh surprise each morning. Overall, this place truly delivers an incredible Tuscan experience. No on-site restaurant, and the nearest options are 20+ minutes away. The shared kitchen isn’t for cooking, which wasn’t clearly stated, so we had to change our dinner plans. No coffee/tea in the rooms, and making a cup in the shared kitchen costs €1. The narrow private road makes two-way driving and parking tricky when it’s full. None of this ruined the experience—just good to know in advance.

The casa is situated on the top of one of the many little tuscany hills and therefore one gets a wide view over the area including the castle of Brolio. There‘s a big main building where the breakfast room and tea room is located and where one can have the delicious breakfast. The swimming pool is great and the loungers there are of high quality. The hosts are very helpful: getting luggage with golf cart to your room, providing info of area together with restaurant recommendations, .. The distance to Siena is not so far, approx. 25 min, as you are in the heart of Tuscany.

AC was not working, but we were told that it will be repaired soon.

We liked absolutely everything! The place is stunning, comfortable and staff super helpful. Nothing was a problem. Room was very clean and the whole property and the whole area breath taking. We changed our plans a bit and decided to rent electric bicycles and they arrived within an hour all ready and set up to use. Breakfasts to die for, massive selection of cold meats and salads together with lighter options were also available. Would recommend to everyone as location is great if you travel by car. Thank you Gabrielle and family!

Spectacular location in an abandoned old village on top of a hill among vineyards. Amazing swimming pool with lots of sun beds and umbrellas with beautiful views. Spacious and air-conditioned suites (must have in summer time). Additional self-service available (laundry, iron & iron board, coffee pods). The owner provided a list of local restaurants and shops, which was very convenient and helpful to start your stay. Well regarded privacy of the guests.

Minor improvements opportunities in the kitchen: missing cutting board, paper towels, tired pans.

I'd give this place 11/10 if I could. Simply one of the most beautiful and memorable places we've ever been. If you picture an idyllic Tuscan villa in the hills, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, with 1000-year-old stone buildings and a gorgeous outdoor dining area, you'd be close here. We were greeted by the lovely staff who did everything to make us feel welcome. The cooking class we took with Paola was one of the most fun experiences of my travel life. Lovely swimming pool to relax on hot days. We used their list of recommendations for vineyards, restaurants, and activities in the area and found it to be spot on. One of the vineyards even offered us free tastings since they have a deal with the B&B. We stayed 3 nights and really wish it could have been longer.

Really minor gripe but the WiFi didn't reach the room. It worked fine in all the common spaces, though. And this is the type of place you visit in order to disconnect anyway.

This property is absolutely 10/10, we would recommend it in a heartbeat. Gorgeous farmhouse and beautiful grounds surrounded by vineyards with a communal pool, loungers, terrace area, shared kitchen and living room area. Our room (Aldo) was spacious and peaceful - we didn’t hear any of the other guests. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was delicious, homemade salads, cakes and pastries among the cured meats, cheeses etc selection and options for eggs cooked to order - a plentiful spread and served up in a cute traditional farmhouse style breakfast room. We also booked onto the cooking class with Paola available Mon/Thurs which we’d also highly recommend, learning to make pasta in the company of other guests and finished with a family style dinner on the terrace was heaps of fun and a highlight of our trip.

This is a must visit stay in Tuscany! We absolutely loved the breathtaking surroundings and the beautiful rooms! A stroll around these magnificent place felt tranquil and serene. The puppy dogs in the property were very friendly too. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. We had to checkout early in the morning and the staff left us a cake package it was so sweet of them. We thoroughly enjoyed this serene place!!

Some minor suggestions from our side - We booked the room “Anna” which is right beside the kitchen area and therefore could get slightly noisy if there are lots of people in the kitchen area. Also a shower area in the bathroom would have been nicer than the bathtub.

An amazing, generational family-run business that puts heart into what they do. The owners are exceptionally kind, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating. The cooking class was a standout experience. View is breathtaking, every detail was perfect. Highly recommended!

Everything was amazing.

Exceptionally restored village. I loved the buildings. I read on one of the buildings they are from the 900s (not 1900s). The way they have a board to write down drinks you take around the property is very efficient. The pool is great and the breakfast was delicious. Gabriele and Joanna were fantastic managers and were helpful with every need. The cooking class was fun too. The tagliatelle and chicken came out superb. Highly recommend taking it. The prosecco served made the class easier to follow. Ebikes on the property were a delightful way to explore other nearby towns and castles.

The AC would have been nice if it could get more colder.
