Refurbished bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Lots of TV channels. And great breakfast. The restaurant for dinner is very convenient. No leaving premises and for a set price depending on how many courses you take. The airport is around €20 away. And you could park in their courtyard. Only 2 streets away is a lovely gelateria.

The professionalism of the staff, breakfast included, restaurant on site, very close to the airport and public .

I didn’t like that some amenities like a shower cap wasn’t available and sometimes I would have to ask the cleaners to leave an extra roll of toilet paper.

Great place and location, just a 5 minute walk and 20 minute ride to get to Unita which was near the city center. The rooms were nice and the shower was lovely. Breakfast was slightly different each day. The ladies that did breakfast lit up the morning and started my day off with a smile and a laugh. I would come back here again.

Very clean, breakfast is good, the tast of coffee is wonderful, it made of a coffee machine👌👌👌, no "automatic". interiors are old but the bed is perfect and comfortable

I wanted to go to walk for a hotel from the airport))), but at night i could not find a way. Thank you god) and called a taxi at the airport Florence and only 12euros i paid for taxi. I think I should call taxi without looking for any way)))

Helpful staff, explained about the tram (only 3 minute walk away) into town centre and also sold us the tickets at the normal price. Really good Continental Breakfast included, eat all you like.

For the price we paid there was nothing to complain about.

Tax was not mentioned on booking app it said all tax uncluding in the price yet they asked for 18euros tax additional Room had a door seperator with the next room which will be a problem if we were to have loud next door guests. Balcony was declined and too scary to stand on

It is good value for money. It is conveniently located next to the highway. Less than 10 minutes away from the exit. Parking is included. There is a cozy, nice restaurant next to it that has a surprisingly good cuisine!

Some very minor details in the room that could be fixed. Like the blinds.
