Property was clean and comfortable. Staff went above and beyond (and even upgraded us to access their breakfast buffet free!) Location is great with easy access to the city centre. Would definitely stay here again! * for solo/ young travellers - we would recommend using the bus or taxi if arriving at night as the walk from the tram stop is very dark and not really in view of the public!!

We we had issues with our room lock - Staff were super helpful, and it didn’t concern us safety wise as the door was get stuck locked, not the other way, but it was a bit inconvenient as we found ourselves limiting how many times we left just to avoid dealing with the lock again.

The room was impeccable, (and Im picky about cleanliness) the bathroom was sparkling clean and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Unlike a few places we’d stayed at who’s breakfast options were rather limited (pie and pastries) this places had something for everyone. From sweets to savoury and wonderful coffee. We enjoyed it very much.

I was a little surprised that it was as literally right off the highway. Not such a bad thing if like us, your hitting the road again in the morning but not sure it would be idyllique for long stays.

The hotel was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We stayed one night before our flight. The room was great, beds comfortable (much better than the average bed in Italy), location excellent, and staff was great. Staff even got us a taxi at 5:45am and it was there in minutes. The neighborhood was great and had lots of food options. We were so surprised with how great the experience was!

Room was fine, but a bit dark for our tastes. Elevator a blessing. Front desk VERY helpful. Good bathroom, wi-fi, beds. Close to airport and Hertz drop-off point. Very good restaurant 10 min walk away. No real complaints; basic airport hotel. Front desk guy opened the bar area for me at 0530 to get ice for my medicine for my flight. room had a couch and a second bed so repacking for our trip home was a breeze.

VERY difficult/confusing to park when first arriving. Bar and restaurant were closed the night we were there. No close-by market.

The room was nicely sized, larger than what I had come to expect in European city accomodations. Everything was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was "American" and enjoyable, with plenty of variety.

The night desk man was friendly and helpful, and let us know what the additional costs would be on checkout ($16). It turns out that the standard nightly tourism fee in Italy is $2 per person per night, so it should have been $4 total. The next morning, the desk man charged us the $16 plus a $100 "deposit." I gave him a sharp look at that, and checked that it did not show up on my credit card later; it didn't. Beware of some cab drivers, the taxi charged us $20 for what should have been a $5 cab ride. I had reserved a hote within talking distance of the airport for a reason. Be prepared to contest the taxi ripoffs.

The beds were comfortable, we got there and there weren’t any parking spots in front of the hotel, but the workers told us we could park at a parking lot beside it and it was free. It’s close to a market, and close to the train station. Just found the room and bathroom a little small. The breakfast was also good!

Close to the Airport, it was just for 1 night transition. About 20 Euros one way. It had a bidet! Shower was good. There's a LIDL nearby for snacks and drinks.

It was hot in the room, but we opened the window which helped. It was late April and they likely haven't switched over from heating.

Breakfast was very good: eggs, cheese, hams, yogurts, sweets, fruits and so on. I can dry my laundry on the special tool in the bathroom which is very convenient. They provide a bottle water every time we asked them.

Sink was no such a deep.

We REALLY Appreciate both of them!! we haven’t had a comfortable bed in 3 weeks traveling Italy this was the first decent nights sleep we got!! Thank you☺️ soo much!!
