This was the third time we stayed. We have a lovely view from the balcony. Privacy. All quiet and clean and well organised. These studio apartments with kitchen suit us. The accommodation is 10 minutes walk to groceries and Fiesole centre. We prefer to stay outside Florence, as it is cooler and more peaceful. The room is contemporary and functional.

We like staying here and would stay again. We know what we are getting, which suits us well. It could be better stocked with cleaning products and some kitchenware, e.g., wine glasses, a cutting board, a large fry pan. But, we adjusted.

The room is actually a fully equipped studio with a small kitchen in the living area. The B&B does not serve breakfast, but they do have a coffee machine. The location is very quiet, only less than 10 mins walk away from shops and the bus stop for Florence. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Upon our departure, it appeared that a train strike was on and Tommaso, the manager, arranged a minicab for us to take us to our next destination. Great service! There was a heatwave at the time, but Fiesole in the hills was much cooler and the air conditioning in the room was very effective!

Property view is beautiful. Room was clean and comfortable. 20 minutes to central Florence via reliable bus service available in town center of Fiesole, as well as a few small restaurants and co-op market about a 10/15 minute uphill walk from property, So, car is not necessary. No food on property, coffee only.

Given we had rented a car, the drive up to Fiesole was surprisingly narrow, curvy and steep and we had difficulty finding the inn. We stayed 4 nights and requested extra towels, they furnished them, however, we were told they only furnish 1 set of towels each for entire stay up to 7 days and no housekeeping. There is a lovely lawn area adjacent to parking lot with great view, we moved our chairs out onto the lawn from our patio and were told this wasn't allowed with no explanation. None is a deal breaker, but some things you should know.

this property is in a idyllic location, the view is spectacular! there were enough bars and restaurants in Fiesole for the 3 nights we were there. check in process was really easy and I loved the security measures the property had. The apartment had everything we needed, perfectly suited for our stay. The bed was huge and really comfy. shower was absolutely fantastic. plus the apartment had more space than I expected. Fiesole was perfect to escape the manic city of Florence at the end of the day😁

there was nothing about the property itself as for me it was perfect. The issue are the buses, they run every 40 mins not 20 and then are so packed you struggle to get on. Going from Fiesole wasn’t to bad, but coming back was awful. we ended up getting a taxi one day as when the bus came (40 mins) it was heaving. (taxi cost 25 euros) for someone with claustrophobia or anxiety this could cause an issue. plus not ideal if you have mobility issues. another bit of advice buy as many bus tickets as you think you will need in one go. they only become active once you time stamp them on the bus, but it saves you hunting around looking for ticket machines as not all bus drivers sell them. it is also nearly double the price to buy onboard as opposed to the machine.

Great location for seeing Florence and using as a hub for other day trips. Convenient, safe, good ratings, and had easy parking. This property is great if your visiting Italy and renting a car. Family owned and managed by the dad, son and wife. They are onsite each day and available for any questions, directions, etc. The location is in the heart of Fiesole, which is a beautiful town with a market, restaurant and stores. Everything you need is within walking distance. As others mentioned Bus 7 easily gets you to center of Florence and runs every 10-15 min. The property is well managed, clean, and secure. The view from the front of the property is breathtaking.

This place is great. The only potential negative is the small TV screen or lack of TV. But that could be a positive as well with kids. Also, who comes to Italy to watch TV? Honestly there are no negatives. I actually wish we stayed a few more days to enjoy Fiesole. Great little town and a great place to stay.

Everything was really super. The apartment was exactly so nice as on the pictures. The view was breathtaking. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The privat parking solution was useful, the check-in and check-out was easy. Very detailed check-in description was provided via what's up. Tomasso (receptionist) speaks very good English and helpful. The apartment is located in a small town on the top of the hill, 30 minutes away (by bus) from the city centre of Florence. The town has its own supermarket, different restaurants, and a historical monument as well. We had everything we needed for a 6 night stay (even mosquito repellent and mosquito net on the balkony door.

The knives would need a sharpening, but was still managable with them.

The property is located in a very quiet area on top of a hill near Florence. Florence itself was easily accessible by a bus which took about 25minutes to get to the centre. The apartments are big and cozy and have a wonderful view from the balcony.

I believe the accommodation is more for long term stayers and does not accommodate short term very well. It’s not equipped with kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, oil etc which made having breakfast a bit more difficult. The reception was meant to be open til 5pm but closed at 3 already as we wanted to purchase washingpowder so this was a bit of an inconvenience, not a big deal though. I would suggest to add washing powder to their vending machine which you can find outside of the reception where they sell also snacks, coffee and tea.

the view is fantastic, the town is small but well populated with nearby attractions that the host was kind enough to point out, a big supermarket with good opening hours within 4 minutes, also good restaurants. The bus to florence is frequent and operates till after midnight, also takes around 20 minutes. Moreover the place has a bidet besides the toilet, which is a big plus for middle easterns

Tomasso is an excellent property manager and a really friendly person. Everything is in top shape. Additionally, the views from the apartments are wonderful. Each unit has everything one needs, from a dishwasher to a clothes washer and microwave. Fiesole is a much more relaxing than Florence so we prefer to stay there.

It was clean and the view was very nice. Lots of nice extras (hair dryer, laundry machine, laundry rack, kitchen utensils etc) were included. The hotel is actually located in a small town which was also lovely to explore. We were a bit fed up with the amount of people in the city centre of Firenze so it was nice to spend some time outside of touristic area. Tommaso was really nice and kind.

Not the fault of this wonderful hotel but Bus route 7 was often very crowded… and on the first day we needed to miss the first one due to overcrowding and then hop on the second one although it was also full of people (locals and tourists). If you could avoid taking the bus at around 5-6 pm it would be okay.
